That does it as the next thing she knows is the impact of her head hitting hard against the wall.

A crack sound sounds and a horrified scream and look crosses her face.

She was sure at that moment that her head had probably been split into two from the force the man applied and the pain she is currently feeling.

"Raf..holy shit" Emiliano curses and steps aside for the others to see the scene in front of them.

Raffaele doesn't say anything and instead goes to slam the head of the woman back to the now bloodied wall.

"Stop brother" Emiliano calls out running towards Raffaele to pull him away from the woman who is barely holding onto dear life.

She sways, her body going limp and she comes crashing into the once polished marble floor of the hospital room now stained with her blood.
