Chapter Eleven: Colette

For a man celebrating his 72nd birthday, I was expecting classical music and his guests just mingling amongst themselves. Not an all out party with heavy bass music, champagne fountains and the craziest dance moves from the older generation. It's how I imagine walking into a frat party to be. I hold onto Felix's arm tightly, an attempt to not get separated in the crowd. He holds his hand out, moving people so we can get through till we find ourselves out in a gigantic garden space filled with even more people than the house.

"Felix! You made it!" a brunette with shoulder length hair and a body of a model clicks towards us, throwing her arms around my date's neck. He stands frozen, his arm tensing against my hand.

"Diane. It's quite the party you've thrown for your father."

"You think? He maybe an old man but he's a young soul at heart. He's been dancing since the music started." Her eyes drift to me. They're big and Hazel in colour. Doe like even.

"And who is this? I didn't think you'd actually use your plus one."

"This is my date, Lettie Callahan."

"Its a pleasure to meet you," I extend my hand only for her to look at it, then over my outfit before looking back at Felix.

"Come, Felix, Matilda has been dying to see you since our little night out."

She grabs his other arm, trying to drag him away but he pulls back.

"I have no interest in making awkward chitchat with Matilda. Not when I'm here with someone else."

She looks between us, her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water before regaining her composure.

"Its fine. Go say hello to your friend. I need to use the ladies bathroom anyway." I slip my hand from between his chest and arm, patting him on the back.

"Dont talk to anyone or get lost. I'll be back."

He looks down at me with an unreadable look on his face. He leans down slightly to my ear.

"I mean it. Don't move from this spot once you return." he kisses me on the temple, an act of defiance against whatever Diane is trying to do by taking him to this Matilda woman. The look on her face is one you'd give someone you dislike. Looks like I'm her shit list. I think back to what Tiffany said. This model of a woman only decided to date Felix's brother because he had no interest in her. It must be a slap in the face to see him with another woman. A nobody at that. I watch his broad shoulders disappear into the crowd and grab two glasses of champagne off a server tray as they waltz past. I down the first, shaking my head at the taste, then the second. I'm going to need a lot of alcohol to get through this. I don't want to ruin the night for Felix by leaving so soon, so I'll endure it. Its the least I can do to repay his kindness. I don't know how long I'm stood there waiting. But he doesn't come back. I go against his wishes and head towards the outdoor bar setting myself on one of the empty stools.

"A rum and coke," I ask the bartender. His neatly-styled blonde head nods and he gets to work on my drink order.

"Its almost criminal for such a beautiful woman to be sat alone at a party like this."

I turn my head, meeting the gaze of a man with short, black hair leaning against the bar. His pinstripped suit, tailered to perfection.

"I'm actually waiting for my date to return."

"Your date? And who might that be? Seems rather stupid to leave you alone. I know I'd never leave someone as stunning as you waiting."

"I am flattered," I force out a false laugh. "I don't know if you know my date, Felix Kang?"

His face darkens and he glances around the garden.

"Kang… I'm sorry for bothering you."

I frown, confused as to what just happened as the mystery man fades into the crowd. What about Felix could have him so nervous? I admit he's a little intimidating, but he's a sweetheart really.

"I thought I told you not to move."

My head snaps to the opposite side to find Felix looming over me.

"I had to have a seat. You were gone a while. Is everything alright?"

"Don't worry yourself about it."

The rum and coke I ordered is placed in front of me.

"Make that two," he says to the bartender.

"We'll drink these and leave."

"So soon? I haven't even been to the restroom yet."

His head tilts.

"I thought you didn't want to stay long."

I shrug, looking into the dark liquid in the crystal tumbler.

"Well It would be a shame for this dress to go to waste."

His hand skims the exposed skin of my back as the hotness of his breath tickles my ear.

"Believe me, it wont go to waste." he straightens up. My whole being is hot.

"Come. I'll show you to the powder room."

He takes my hand as he downs the freshly poured drink in his other hand. The decor inside is impeccable. Large crystal chandeliers line the White ceilings. All the furniture is made of glass or white in colour. It must be a nightmare if you spill anything. Though in sure the Richards have enough money to just buy new should anything be ruined. We weave through the crowd, eventually disappearing down a quiet corridor and through a door that happens to be the bathroom.

"I have a confession."

His lips slam into mine and I find myself being backed against the cold, tiled wall.

"You didn't really need to powder your nose."

He sucks my bottom lip and an involuntary moan escapes me.

"God I've missed kissing you," his hips press against me, his hand gliding up my exposed thigh. My hands rest on his chest for a brief moment till he takes one and brings it down to the bulge of his crotch.

"Mr Kang. I thought you wanted to get to know me?" I tease, biting my lip as he stares intensely back at me.

"I do. In fact, there's something that can cure my curiosity right now."

The hand that had been running circles around my thigh now moves between them and over the thin, lace fabric that covers the exact area I wanted to feel him in last week.

"Just say no and ill stop."

He nibbles on my ear and I swear, any minute now I'll lose my damned mind.

"Dont… stop," my voice is hoarse, begging. He pushes a finger against me, forcing my panties between my folds as rubbing my throbbing clit back and forth. My underwear dampens quickly and I take the initiative to rub my hand up and down the velvet fabric securing his hard-on.

"Fuck," he breathes heavily against my shoulder, his lips peppering kisses on my neck. "I want to taste you."

I'm shocked by the sudden coldness, but not as surprised when he drops to his knees in front of me and pull my dress to one side. He hikes one leg onto my shoulders and goes in for the kill, pulling my underwear to one side and burying his face in my sodden pussy.

"Oh shit!" I exclaim, grabbing his hair as he laps and sucks. One finger is inserted inside me, then a second. It twists and slides, causing a heat I haven't felt a man cause, to pool in my stomach.

"Felix," I try to muffle my cries with my hand as my head falls back against the wall. I clench around his fingers as he sucks hard on my swollen clit.

"U can't take anymore. I'm… i'm going to-"

My ears ring, my vision blurs as an erruption of pleasure Rips through my body. He doesn't stop till he's sure its over. Even then he keeps me upright with the support of his body. He pressed himself against me, slipping his fingers from my hole into his mouth. He sucks and wraps his tongue around them, cleaning up the mess I appear to have made on his fingers.

"My curiosity has been met. But now it has me wanting more."

I gulp. I could really do with a drink right about now.

"Are you ok to stand on your own?"

"I think so." who am I kidding? This guy just had me seeing stars for the first time. He steps back a little, straightening out my dress and brushing my locks behind my ear.

"I like this hair colour on you," he says, twirling strands of it between the fingers he didn't just have buried inside me.

"I thought it was more socially acceptable for a party like this."

His kisses me gently.

"You didn't need to change it for these people."

"I know. I just wanted to look the part. For you."
