7. The Story of a Frog!

There was a frog who lived in a well.

He was born there. That Well was on the backside of a house. Over time, it got polluted. The frog who once lived in a fresh water Well, now had to live in a blackish water Well. The Well still had everything he needed to live. Water, Air, Sunlight, Insects and Fishes. It was still the Well he grew into. So, he blamed those above entities who he had seen glancing over at him from time to time.

They were like a god to him, as he thought,

" HOW CAN THEY LIVE OUTSIDE THE WELL?"

" DO THEY NOT NEED TO STAY IN WATER?"

and so many similar thoughts surrounded him.

But, as he only saw them once every few months. He never paid them any attention. As, Unknown is unknown because it is not known. And it doesn't catch any attention because it remains unknown, making them unknown.

The frog was sad that now he had to live in this dirty well. He thought, " Why Me?"

He always complained, "I must be the most unfortunate frog this world. To live in this shitty well."

Then one day, Some above living god threw another relic inside his world. He was angry at the gods, who threw at him useless things which made his world polluted. But, he eventually goes to the bombed site, underwater. To see, what the relic looked like.

He went to see this one too. It was a strange rectangular box which emitted light.

It was emitting a bright light inside the water.

He was Surprised to see something emitting sunlight other that the blue forest he occasionally saw upside. That circular forest was the only bright thing he was seeing inside that darkened world.

He touched that glowing box. And then....

As soon as he touched that box. It stopped glowing and the box cracked into pieces.

Soon, He started having an ace in his head. So, terrible that he felt like he ate something three times his size. He was unable to endure his ace...and was knocked out. Soon, his body started floating. Srrangely, he could see ovserve his surroundings but couldn't move his body at all.

(NOW FROM THE FROG'S POV:-)

And by Coincidence, The gods came to watch the well. They were shocked for a moment, seeing their froggy dead and one of them ran the same direction she came. She came back with a bigger god. Then the bigger god calmed them down.

After a few more moments, they dropped a relic inside the well which floated in the water. Then, they started trying to pick me up as I was floating.

As I was floating as well, they caught me in that strange looking thingy. Then, they started pulling me upside...towards the forest.

When i reached at the end of my world, I saw that the circular forest was not a circle. It was infinitely large. The gods whom I only looked from afar were so...close to me. They looked so humongous that it was scary.

I was flabbergasted to see that there is another world here. A white world. I didn't like staying here too much, as It was somewhat uncomfortable. But, I was in such an awe that I didn't know what to do.

After spending some time with me, and the small gods poking me with a long wood. They went away. There steps were too large, or should I say there were so fast that they vanished in a few seconds.

I was alone now, in this unknown world. I was alone in my well as well, but at least I knew what to do there. Here, I don't know what to do? Where should I find my food? Where should I sleep? Am I safe here from those monsters who came to my house and ate most of my brothers and sisters over time? Why didn't they put me back to my world after satisfying their curiosity about me? How am I supposed to climb this huge wall which seems to have no end at all, and is separating me from my world? I miss my home. I am alone here. Somebody help me...

Time passes*

The darkness has again engulfed the forest which was no longer circular. Those shine little diamonds like thingies which were just sometimes seen from the wall, were spread across the forest. It was a magnificent view.

As time passed, I went in search for food, as I no longer had food swam across me, or a bunch of food spread in front of me.

I had to live, so I went around. It was difficult for me to walk there, as I never walked around so much. My whole life was dedicated to swimming. I loved swimming. After a long time of walking, I looked behind. I just had traveled a few distance from The Wall of Split, which split my worlds.

Then, after exhausting myself a few more time. I stopped walking. I remembered that I like jumping. So, without any preparation, I jumped. It was easy to travel allot of distance with a single jump. So, I jumped. I Jumped again. And before I knew it, I had traveled a long distance from my home now.

I had nowhere to return to now. So, I Jumped. Just Jumped.

And, then, I found lights.a lot of light zones. And there were food flying around those light zones. I jumped there. There, I saw gods. Many gods doing many things. I was surprised to so many gods at once.

They couldn't care less about my presence at all. I was hungry, So, I had to kill my curiosity to feed my hunger for the time being.

I hopped near the nearest light zone. There, I saw many of my species. I had no idea that there would be so many frogs outside my world. They all were trying their hardest to catch the food which flew too fast for our tongues to react.

I went there, after sometime, I caught my dinner. I ate.

Now I'm living a life here, outside the well...

Sometimes, its difficult here...as the forest burns sometimes, so we have to hide from the fire lights. Sometimes, it gets so cold that I wish I had my warm water to cuddle me with.

I can non longer go there, as the gods don't care about us, like they cared about me when I was in the well. They can't listen to me as well. I don't know how to settle here...as each frog has it's own territory which is around a water source. I'm planning to be accepted in a family as a junior.

I hate it here more. I don't like it here. I want to go home. Somebody help me!!!!!

I wish I could have lived my past life a bit more happily and didn't went to see that flashy relic.

How am I supposed to live here now?

But, I was alone there as well, I am alone here as well...

As Darwin Rebbit sensei had told me one day, That It's the survival of the fittest everywhere, no matter where we go. I have to live..

I will live. Until the day I die, I will live.
