Chapter 34: A Wimp Is a Wimp

William Cole had hardly made it home.

His father-in-law, Archie Dawn, immediately made a call: "William Cole, get your butt over here!"

Without another word, he hung up.

William Cole, confused, tried to return the call to find out what was going on, but Archie Dawn kept hanging up on him.

With no other choice, William Cole hailed a cab to his father-in-law's house.

As he entered the hall, he heard Serina Torres wailing: "That damned William Cole.

It's bad enough that he's a failure himself, but why did he have to drag my son down with him?

Wah! Now, my son has been fired from the company, how will he survive in the future?"

"Sis, stop crying. When William Cole gets here, we'll ask him what exactly happened." Reassured Eloise Torres.

Maxim Lawson was also present: "That despicable William Cole!

I suspect he deliberately played a hand in this, knowing that I was planning to borrow from Ollie Booth's company, and that's why Donald lost his job.
