Chapter 636: Basement

Sean Lawson had brought in hundreds more, even police dogs, and searched till five in the morning when there was a hint of white in the sky, yet still without any clues.

"William, could the message have been wrong?" Sean looked overworked.

A night-long search yielded zero clues.

They hadn't found a trace of Valerie Dawn.

William Cole shook his head, "Probably not, Yagyuu Yukiko has no reason to lie to me."

"Was Valerie Dawn moved then?"

As Sean Lawson listened to report after report from his subordinates, none contained any news of Valerie Dawn, "Team one, team two, team three, you guys rest first. The others, stand by at the factory gate."

After instructing his men, Sean Lawson added, "We can only call off the search for now. There are powerful connections behind Helios Pharmaceutical. The search I pushed for already put me under pressure. It's impossible to continue during the day."

"The workers' shift will start soon."

"Let's go back first." William sighed lightly.
