Isabelle wandered through the trees, carefully taking in the sights and sounds, making sure not to stray too far from the cabin, but exploring enough to sate her curiosity.
She found herself in a secluded clearing filled with beautiful wildflowers. A large oak tree sat at the center of it all. It was surrounded by countless flowers that stretched far into the distance, but still somehow managed to look beautiful even in the dead of winter.
It was quite lovely, and serene, and she felt calm and safe in its presence.
She knelt down amongst the flowers, idly touching one with a smile.
This place was simply incredible.
She found herself growing attached to the beauty and serenity it provided.
The last time she'd seen such a beautiful place was when she traveled overseas to Japan during her last lifetime. Obviously it wasn't quite the same but...it did remind her a bit of the sakura blossom viewing she went to.
That had been lovely...
