Ah-...right. I hadn't realized how late it was already.

She puffed out her cheeks in frustration, and Lyov leaned back against the bedpost, crossing his arms once more and flashing her an amused smirk. If she didn't know him better, she would have thought he purposefully timed that just to tease her.

He...he didn't, right?

"Here, eat," Tieya insisted, gentle but with no room for argument or protest, handing Isabelle a bowl of broth and rice. "Snowball will be fed as well."

Tenshi smiled softly as he entered the chamber carrying a fresh looking bottle of milk

Snowball watched him silently with round, curious blue eyes.

"Your mother needs rest, Snowball," Tieya added sternly as she gestured toward the tray.
