"Meow meeeeeew~"

Isabelle stopped her sentence mid-word, blinking, and looked down at the noisy little kitten who decided to interrupt her discussion with Phoenix.

"Yes, baby? What is it?" She smiled, then raised an eyebrow when the kitten wiggled and struggled to climb his way out of the sleeve.

They were still in the carriage, the doors shut tight, so it was perfectly safe to let the kitten out.

Though it would mean unleashing kitten-ous terror upon the inhabitants.

She hummed and carefully withdrew the kitten from his sling, just to ensure Snowball wouldn't hurt himself or the sling clambering out of something designed not to let him get out on his own.

She set him down on her lap. "Better?"

Snowball stood on her leg, swaying back and forth and wiggling his rump.

Then, in a burst of movement, he bounded over to the edge of the seat, braced himself against the leather, and stretched as high as he could to stare out the window.
