It was ten minutes to seven o'clock, and so many people were pouring through the shadow library door. I could hardly believe it. 


Cass had explained to me about why I could suddenly see the shadow library door from inside the regular library. She said all I had to do was think about it. But how could I think about it if I didn't know it was there? 


Yeah, I still didn't quite get it. Because we'd made people aware of the shadow library on the flyers, though, they had zero trouble finding it tonight. 


Travis strode up to me with a purring Studmuffin in his arms. Travis gave me the smile that he only reserved for me. The devious one that he'd pick-locked my heart with over and over again. 


"Just look at this turnout," he whispered into my ear, his cheek nuzzling mine.
