"What?!"
His voice is filled with scandalized shock, it makes me giggle.
"Our wolves' names. Aren't you curious?" I ask.
"I am," he answers. "I just, I guess I didn't expect that you would- that you would want to do it. Now."
"Oh, no. Not now," I exclaim. "I am just curious. I have always wanted to know my wolf's name. About the… the other part, well, I wouldn't know how to start or go about it."
"Ah, yes. Well, what do you know?" he asks.
"Not much. And I have a lot of questions," I say.
He gives a sort of flinch at the statement, making me stifle a giggle.
Shouldn't I be the shy one here?
"I am not saying we should do anything now," I tell him. "But maybe we should be discussing it."
"Yes, definitely."
I wait a few more seconds, thinking he has something more to add.
He doesn't.
"So, what do you think?"
"About what?"
"About mating?"
