Luke headed to a nearby Park for jogging. Upon arriving at the park, he plugged in his headphones and began to sprint along the promenade. Many people went past him, most of whom were middle-aged or elderly.
The cool breeze of the early morning brushed Luke's face, which was a little cold, but owing to the heat generated from jogging, he was feeling good running in this cool weather.
Luke did not run at a very high pace which puts the body under stress but rather he maintained a leisurely pace and kept jogging for long distances. This is a form of aerobic endurance training.
Luke managed to jog for a total of 45 minutes by taking small rest in intervals. By the time he returned home it was 7:30 AM, he packed his bag for the College took his Breakfast from the refrigerator, and placed it into Microwave for heating. While the Food was being prepared, he went into the washroom, put his laundry into the machine, and had a bath.
