Victoria found herself in a tough situation. She needed her clothes and other stuff, which were all inside a room. However, Sebastian was also within that room, and she knew that he was a bit angered.

How could she possibly waltz into the room and get her belongings without encountering his anger?

"Oh, Victoria," she murmured to herself, "what a tangled web you've woven."

Earlier, when Victoria was visiting Rowan's house, they were still deep in conversation when someone buzzed at the front door. The sudden interruption was jarring, and Victoria felt a jolt of surprise.

When Victoria looked up to see who it was, she was surprised to find Sebastian and his secretary, Oliver, standing at the door.

They were accompanied by several bodyguards, who looked stern and intimidating.
