She died and was reborn as Rin Nohara, a character destined to die. She would change her fate and she would change the fate of all the others. Maybe Kakashi wouldn't be depressed. Maybe Obito wouldn't go down the darkside and maybe Naruto could keep his dad. On the other hand... she could live a normal life, be a normal shinobi, get married, have kids, then die a normal death of natural cause. But if she's a jinchuurkiki... how's she going to do that? *sigh...* life is so hard...

Naruto: Resilience

The chunin exams ended without much trouble. Bloodthirsty Gaara was sealed and became a slightly less bloodthirsty Gaara. This could be seen when Rock Lee ended up with only a broken arm and not much more. He wasn't crippled, that was for sure. Sasuke had beaten Gaara since with Shukaku sealed, he couldn't transform anyways.

With Orochimaru gone, the Konoha Crush plan completely failed. Kankuro had even participated in the exa and lost to Shino. By some hilarious miracle, Naruto had been paried with Temari and Shino had been paried with Sasuke in the semifinals.

Naruto some how lost to Temari, claiming he wouldn't hit a girl.She had beat him until he flew out of the arena. Sasuke beat Shino and faced against Temari in the finals. He won and was promoted to Chunin. To Shikamaru's dispari, Sandaime saw through his laziness and also promoted him to Chunin.

"I'm retiring… I am really old now," said Sandaime, "Jiraya, will you be the next Hokage?"

"No way, old man," He said, "I want to explore the world and find more content for my books! Why don't you ask Rin or something?"

"No thanks," I said. I was sitting on the floor in Sandaimes office, my back leaning on the wall, "Can't you see I'm crippled?" I pointed to my cane, "Can't walk without it, I'm like an old person."

Jiraya snorted, "Do you see Old Man fighting? You won't need to… just do some paperwork…"

"I wanna live a perfectly normal and peaceful life. You should get Tsunade then. She can revive the hospital too."

Sandaime thought about this for a while, "I think thats a great idea. Jiraya, go find her won't you."

"Can I bring Naruto?" he asked, "For training purposes of course."

"Rin, this is your call. Naruto is your student," said Sandaime.

"Take him," I waved my hand, "Just don't make him dumber… And no peeping!"

"Congrats!" I smiled at Sasuke, "I knew you could do it. All of you did a good job."

"Hm," Naruto crossed his arms, "That was unfair. I'm sure you cheated!"

"Next time," I ruffled his hair, "I'm sure you'll do great next time."

He pouted and glared at me, "Big Sis! I'm not a kid anymore! I'm a grown up person. Also, I can do summoning jutsu like you now!"

"Well now that everything is over," I grinned evily, "Its time to get down to training. Sakura you will start doing rounds at Konoha Hospital at least three times a week. Sasuke, you will keep training with Kakashi. Naruto… you have a mission."

"Me?!?!??!" he looked at me in surprise, "Just me?"

"Yes," I said, "Sandaime is retiring and we need a new Hokage. You will go with Jiraya-sama to find Tsunade-sama and ask her to be Hokage."

"Why can't I be Hokage instead?" he asked, "I'd make a much better one! Ramen day everyday!"

I smacked him with my cane. "You will listen to him and train hard, okay? If he tries to peep on women, make sure to punish him. Also…" I whispered in his ear, "you can use shadow clones for training and if Jiraya tells you not to… punch him for me? M'kay?"

"Last one there is the rotten egg!" shouted Naruto, sprinting towards Ichiraku Ramen. Sasuke started running too.

"Naruto!" shouted Sakura, waving her fists and running after the two racing boys.
