The story follows two young men. Eric Evans was born into a wealthy Canadian family. He may be wealthy, but since he's only 16 years old, he cannot achieve independence, later affecting his life. Stephen Brown, may not come from a wealthy family, but he began to fulfill his independence with a promising future in mind. 

Meeting again on their first day as freshmen, they quickly became friends, soon developing feelings for each other. However, Eric's father abruptly decides to return to Canada in the middle of the semester. Eric did everything to convince his father to stay, but it strained his relationship with Stephen. As they wrestled with their emotions and the uncertainties of the future, they wondered if they were meant to be together.

As the sun began to set on my birthday, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the surprise that Max and Stephen had planned for me. I had planned a simple dinner for us at "Marugame Udon", nestled in the heart of Alabang Town Center.
