At the hospital.
Nancy had been hospitalized for more than a week. Her condition had basically stabilized.
Today was the day of discharge from the hospital.
"Grandma, be careful!" Chase said.
There were four healthcare workers and two family doctors taking care of Nancy.
However, Chase was still not at ease. He personally helped Nancy onto the wheelchair.
Nancy's speech was a little slurred because of the signs of a stroke. "It's okay," she said. "Don't be too nervous."
"I'll send you home, Grandma," Chase said.
"Alright!" Nancy replied.
"Chase, you've been in the hospital for so many days!" Nancy continued. "Work is more important. You should go to the office tomorrow."
"Grandma, I'll take care of you for a few more days," Chase said. "Nothing is more important than your health. I'll go to the office after you recover completely."
