This is a story of a young girl; who lost her family, they were all accused of witchcraft. The only one that didn't was the young girl, aged 8 at the time. She was adopted by a long time family friend that she calls her Aunt, but is everything she knew really true? It has been 10 years since the, she's now 18 years old, still haunted by her past.  The witch trials have shaken the whole of Salem, but are they really over? Who is the real person behind it all? Will she ever discover the truth? Who will betray her?

My name is Cecelia Catherine Bennet, over the years I’ve had to change my last name, location or even country. I was born in London, England when Queen Elizabeth I was on the throne, now it’s some King James. I’ve always wanted to be beautiful and youthful for all eternity, and I was told about a ritual you can do by another lady, Elizabeth Villin, that I could either summon the devil himself and become his slave or slaughter many youthful virgins to stay young. The last one sounded too gruesome, and I knew I could be caught by some sort of law giving gent. So, I cast a spell to Summon the devil himself. To my surprise it was Elizabeth herself, she’s been trying to entice women from all over to do her bedding. So, I accepted her offer for me to stay young, even though I was of twenty-two and a spinster. Not my choice, men these days are just, heartless. They don’t want a marriage, just to court you to take your virginity and then leap to their next victim.
