Yin Ci explained, "His painting has a rare sense of spirit. The usual methods taught by teachers might ruin his uniqueness, making him just another face in the crowd."
Lu Jianshen recalled the time when he saw Yin Ci. She was holding a drawing board, painting in a park.
He asked, somewhat out of the blue, "How about you?"
As soon as his words fell, Yin Ci looked at him quizzically and asked, "Huh?"
"How about you teach him to paint?"
Yin Ci chuckled, teasingly saying, "President Lu indeed has the spirit of a capitalist, seeking to exploit evem my little bit of surplus value."
Amused by her comment, Lu Jianshen replied, "I'm not exploiting you, name a price."
"Let's discuss it later," Yin Ci said, having other thoughts in mind, "I may not have the time. I'm sure with President Lu's connections, you could find anyone to be the teacher, my level is not particularly high."
