Chapter 1090: Barking Up the Wrong Tree

"Pregnant, you must take good care of yourself," Mo Han had come over unnoticed. "First, eat something light to fill your stomach, then we can have these."

"Ginger lamb congee then." He had asked the doctor just earlier, and it was effective in relieving morning sickness.

"Oh, okay." Mrs. Huo hastened to comply.

Holding a glass of water, Mo Han quickly passed it to Ye Ranran after she finished vomiting.

Ye Ranran rinsed her mouth until there wasn't a hint of an odd taste left, then dried the water from around her lips.

Her lips were a bit pale, and the delicate makeup on her face couldn't conceal her sickly appearance.

Mo Han furrowed his brows as he looked at her. His eyes, dark as ink, were so piercing that Ranran felt as if she was stripped bare standing before him.

Fearing his blame, she hadn't told him about the fall and had warned Numbers Three and Four, so presumably no one had informed him.
