Gu Moyang's brows knitted together as he failed to spot Zhou Zhi, "Where's Zhou Zhi? Why isn't he here? If something happened to you, could he take responsibility?"
Jiang Xiaonan hadn't expected Gu Moyang to come. "He just left; he had some urgent matters."
Gu Moyang huffed coldly. Jiang Xiaonan had just been discharged from the hospital, and he wasn't here to take care of her? What could possibly be more important than Jiang Xiaonan?
But in his heart, he hoped Zhou Zhi would never show up here again.
Two full bags of groceries maximized the space in Jiang Xiaonan's tiny fridge.
As Jiang Xiaonan watched him constantly stuff the fridge, she frowned slightly, "How much did you buy exactly?"
Gu Moyang explained, "I have a meeting in Imperial City and probably won't be back for three or four days. These groceries should be enough for you for that time."
Seeing him explain where he was going felt a bit strange to Jiang Xiaonan.
