Chapter 40 Bargaining_1

"Basil Jaak, how did you feel about your first day at work?" Xenia Wendleton asked from the back seat, smiling at Basil Jaak.

"The morning was great, but the afternoon was depressing!" Basil Jaak replied indifferently.

"Why so?" Xenia Wendleton was adamant to know the whole story.

Basil Jaak said, "In the morning, I got into a couple of fights and sent a few guys I didn't like to the hospital. In the afternoon, I played games and encountered some teammates who played like pigs, and ended up getting knocked out by the opponents."

"You're just bragging, right? Let's not mention whether you can fight in the office, even playing games on the company's computer isn't allowed." Xenia Wendleton questioned suspiciously.

"The company had installed surveillance software, but I accidentally broke it." Basil Jaak casually stated. To him, breaking such garbage surveillance software was not even worth mentioning.
