Chapter 95: Show a Trick _1

"Little Jaak, don't mind it, come, join me for a game of chess in the living room." The old man unceremoniously took Basil Jaak's hand and led him to the living room.

As the old man took a set of chess pieces out of the cabinet, he grinned and asked, "Little Jaak, do you know how to play chess?"

"A little bit," Basil humbly replied.

"That's not a problem then. Come, let's play a game." The old man hurriedly set the chess pieces on the coffee table. As they each took a seat and began setting up the game, he muttered, "Women, we men don't understand them. Let them talk amongst themselves."

When the old woman entered the room, she saw Yetta Astir sprawled out on the bed, her head buried deep in the covers like an ostrich. This made the old woman laugh heartily.

Yetta turned her head and whined, "Grandma, I'm already this upset, and you're still laughing. You have no sympathy."
