Chapter 99 Turning Point_1

After Mrs. Astir left, Fatty suddenly changed his demeanour, nodding and bowing, he instantly went from acting like a big shot to a grovelling grandson, continuously apologizing to Basil.

When Fatty saw Basil reaching for a cigarette, he quickly took out a box of cigars from his pocket, respectfully handed it to him, and kindly offered with a smile, "Bros, Smoke mine!"

Basil glanced at the carefully packaged cigars, took out a cigarette of his own and put it in his mouth, snorting disdainfully, "I'm not used to smoking leaf tobacco."

Hearing Basil dismiss high-quality Cuban cigars as leaf tobacco, Fatty awkwardly chuckled a few times, almost running out of breath. But his face still maintained a respectful expression, and he promised, "Bros, if you don't prefer this coarse cigarette, I'll immediately send you some finer ones. I still have a couple of boxes of cigars in my car."
