Chapter 98: Life in Prison (Part 3)_1

"Yes, I'm sorry..." Bald Head hurriedly apologized.

The tattooed man was a full head taller than Bald Head. When Bald Head bumped into him, it was like hitting a wall, immediately bouncing him back. If it hadn't been for Basil Jaak's quick reflexes, extending a hand to brace Bald Head, he might have ended up on the floor by now.

The tattooed man, towering over him, glared at Bald Head, sending him into an immediate retreat.

"Just an apology and that's it?" he asked, clearly not content to let Bald Head off so easily.

"What do you propose?" replied Bald Head, dejected.

This was a detention center, filled with criminals. Fights were commonplace, and as long as no one was killed, the wardens typically turned a blind eye. Rules didn't hold much sway here. Strength did.

Seeing Bald Head's feeble responsiveness, the tattooed man smirked, "Since I'm in a good mood today, I'll let it pass. All I want is the money in your hand."
