Chapter 100 Can't be Done Today _1

"What! Ouch!" A sudden outburst from Zachary caused a jolt of pain to shoot across his face.

He couldn't help it, the two slaps he had received earlier were too harsh, causing half of Zachary's face to swell instantly.

The security guard chuckled awkwardly, "Mr. Zachary, you forgot that during yesterday's physical education lesson, you managed to kick the ball right into the surveillance camera, and well... the camera went 'thud' as it fell to the ground and broke."

Zachary remembered then, during yesterday's class, while demonstrating a high kick to the students, he had accidentally booted the ball into the surveillance camera.

"What the hell!" Zachary's face was a study in mortification. He had, after all, shot himself in the foot.

Knowing there was no surveillance, Basil Jaak no longer feared that this kid would trace anything back to him. Walking over to Zachary, he grinned, scaring the risk-averse Zachary into taking two steps back while warily eyeing Basil Jaak.
