Chapter 173 When to Get Married_1

Just as Basil Jaak was about to leave, an old woman walked towards him. It was none other than Ann.

"Ann!" Basil Jaak called out proactively.

Ann instinctively halted her steps, sizing up Basil Jaak. She found him familiar, yet couldn't recall his name.

"Ann, has there been any recent rent offered for the house?" Basil Jaak asked with a smile.

Upon hearing about the rental house, Ann slapped her forehead, suddenly remembered, and laughed, "Oh, it's you, Little Jaak! What, you want to rent my house again? Good timing, I was planning on renting it out in the next few days."

"Isn't your house reserved for your son?" Basil Jaak asked curiously.

Ann sighed lightly, her head shaking with resignation: "My son is unemployed, and his girlfriend dumped him. He's living with me now, and renting out the house will at least bring in some extra income for the family. We're familiar with each other; I'll give you a discount. It's not easy for you young people either!"
