"Ha, esteemed special police coming to blows with a girl, you've really got no integrity!" Basil Jaak stood there, sneering, "I'm your target, don't make things difficult for anyone else."


Upon hearing Basil Jaak's words, Lily's heart immediately warmed, realizing he still cared about her quite a bit. A sweet smile blossomed on her face as she smiled in Basil Jaak's direction.


Captain Scott furrowed his brow slightly; commanding his special police to take away a frail woman in public indeed compromised his dignity. After pondering for a moment, he waved his hand, signaling his officers to release Lily.


Once Lily was freed, she immediately called out to Basil Jaak, "Don't panic, they're abusing their power for personal gain, enforcing the law unlawfully. I'll call a lawyer right now."


Basil Jaak shook his head, "Thanks, but it's not necessary, I'll resolve this issue."


Captain Scott, impatiently, said, "This has nothing to do with you, get lost."
