Basil Jaak was walking on the road when he received a call from Audrey, inviting him to visit the shop when he had time.


"Hmm, I'm already on the way and will be there soon." Basil Jaak said while driving, "I'm currently driving, so I can't talk much. Wait for me in your office."

After parking his car, he headed straight to Audrey's office.


"Audrey, you wanted to see me?" Basil Jaak pushed the door open, asking as he took a seat in the office chair in front of her.


Audrey nodded, "Jaak, we've run into some issues with our business license review; the Administration for Industry and Commerce is holding it up and not approving it."


Basil Jaak leaned back in the chair, took the water Audrey offered him, thanked her, and followed up, "What's the issue?"
