Dunn's voice was firm and resounding, filling the Green Bamboo Palace with an anger that was palpable.
They were now, clearly, in a life-or-death struggle with Basil Jaak!
"Basil Jaak, you slander without proof. Produce your evidence!" Bevis said with a cold smile, "Otherwise, prepare to be fried in oil yourself!"
Basil Jaak remained composed, shaking his head, "Bevis, Dunn, even now, you won't shed a tear until you see the coffin! Very well, let's see who ends up in the oil!"

Holding the letter, Basil Jaak walked straight up to Gilbert More, personally handing over the envelope. "Sect Master, this is a letter I found on the body of the slain Isaac. I have read the contents. Please have a look."
Gilbert received the envelope, opened it, and read carefully, his face growing more ashen as he went on.
