Government procurement and leasing brought a variety of rescue helicopters first to the Armed Police Forest units, which are in most need of aerial capabilities (Forest Firefighting), and then gradually to the Urban Fire Brigades.

The Firefighting units had their own pilots, as well as some pilots in cooperation with civil aviation.

Then came the drones.

Many Detachments had already begun to fund personal training for drone pilot licenses.

Flying drones also requires a license.

After drone technology became widespread, the Civil Aviation Administration stipulated that drones weighing over 7 kilograms must be piloted by licensed individuals, and many of the Firefighting drones weight dozens of kilograms, capable of lifting heavy loads and difficult to operate — it's not something just anyone with hands can manage.
