Cruise pointed to his face, "One is the face, including the temples, nose, and eyes. These three areas, if hit hard, can easily be fatal. The second is the throat, hitting the Adam's apple, strangulation, choking, and the cutting of the neck with sharp objects can also easily be fatal."
