Inside the dark bar that was the League of Villain's main hideout, Tomura was having another boring yet infuriating day.

His fingers tapped on the table as he tried to ignore the sounds of Kurogiri cleaning an already clean glass.

"Master... I'm bored" Tomura stared at the TV hoping for a response. He began scratching his neck as his urge to destroy something irked him.

However, after hearing no response, Tomura sighed before staring at Dabi. They both stared at each other in silence...

"How did the whole NINE situation go?" Tomura finally asked, he knew his master had a project in the works however he didn't get much detail other than the name of the 'subject'

"Didn't go very well" Dabi answered while scratching his forearm, the awkward atmosphere continued for another moment or so

"How did it go?" Tomura asked

"He died pretty quickly... No corpse to even retrieve... So probably Endeavor" Dabi's voice lowered by a tone as he said Endeavor's name. Just thinking about his father makes him want to puke

As soon as Tomura heard the news he slammed his hand into the table, his anger now finally showing itself. Scratching the wooden surface he began muttering under his breath

"I can't kill All Might... Can't kidnap a damn kid... Nothing is working Dammit... We're just losing at every turn" Before Tomura could become destructive Kurogiri snapped like a robot getting a spark.

"Master Tomura, I suggest we try to team up with other villain groups. We have Master's funding but our manpower is lacking" Kurogiri stopped cleaning his glasses as he waited for Tomura's reaction

"Us? Teaming up... Sounds stupid, we're strong enough. We don't need crutches" Tomura tapped on the table while calming himself down, he recently found it slightly easier to control his anger. Is he growing?

"Y'know teaming isn't such a bad idea. Of course, we wouldn't use them like crutches but rather like useful helpers. Like the big boss and his minions," Dabi commented while creating a flame in his hand. Creating another on his other hand he merged the two together making a much bigger flame.

With the view reflecting in Tomura's eyes, he began considering the idea, however, it still irked him to no end.

"If you can find some useful partner then good for you... Just make sure we won't be betrayed" Tomura waved his hand at Dabi sending him off. Dabi's mouth curved into a smile as he left the bar, pulling out his phone he called up the rest of the members.

He was one step closer to his revenge against his father... But he still has a long way to go...

"It's dirty in here... I feel like I might get sick" Overhaul pulled his sleeve covering as much skin as he could, the dust in the air gave him goosebumps.

"Don't worry almost everyone in there is already sick! In the head at least" Twice said enthusiastically while opening the heavy doors of the abandoned warehouse. As soon as the door opened the League of Villains' eyes turned their attention towards them.

Himiko smiled showing off her fangs, Dabi stared at Overhaul curiously before smiling, Magne relaxed on top of her steel beam, and lastly, Tomura leaned against the wall wearing a new outfit.

His face was still covered by white hands however his clothes were much different, now wearing a leather coat due to the colder weather. His overall atmosphere was much different than when he attacked the USJ.

"When you said you found someone I didn't expect you to find the biggest fish in the pond," Tomura said while staring at Overhaul, his red eyes scanning his figure.

Overhaul too was looking around, his golden eyes landing on the members of the League of Villains. His thoughts were hidden by... Well none of them were mind readers anyway...

"Could say the same for you. League of Villains, to whom do I owe the pleasure?" Overhaul asked semi-sarcasticly making Tomura's eye twitch.

"Are you blind Yakuza boy? You're the one with the lower position. Ever since heroes came about Yakuza is practically gone, biggest organized crime syndicate isn't much of a title when there's no competition" Tomura snapped at Overhaul, he knew that all organized crime basically stopped once heroes showed up on the scene, and even more with All Might cleaning up the streets.

"I guess there's some truth in that. But you're not any better... Two attacks on UA and they both failed? You even lost some members if I heard correctly... But I believe if we partner up we could improve our chances" Overhauled said cryptically much to the irritation of Tomura, sighing he walked up to Overhaul and asked straightforwardly.

"What makes you think you can actually help us? Last time I heard All Might is still ruining your operations" Tomura provoked Overhaul however he got no reaction from him, instead he was struck back

"Have you heard? All Might have been seen less and less, and with the heroes sunk too deep into their couches they can't seem to handle the villains that All Might used to deal with" Overhaul began talking, Tomura's eyes widened as he completed his sentence

"The heroes are at their weakest" Tomura began grinning wildily at the thought of destroying the hero society while All Might watched. There have already been theories surfacing of All Might's retirement coming soon.

As All Might began to appear less and less more Villains began showing themselves to the light, which is why Overhaul had begun taking more bold actions. Unfortunately, All Might was still around meaning that doing something too openly is still a huge risk.

"Yes, and I'm sure Endeavor still wouldn't be able to fill the gap. Even though he is statistically more efficient than All Might anyway" Overhaul shrugged while Dabi began glaring at him. He hated the idea of his new partners complimenting his father, yet he decided to hold back.

"Kekekekeke... You've got my curiosity... Where shall we meet to plan our next move?" Tomura asked to which Overhaul handed him a paper with an address, clicking his tongue they finally departed each having their own agenda yet coming together in the name of... Gosh I couldn't care less

*******************************************

"Ouch ouch ouch" I quickly snapped out of my thoughts as I felt a prick inside my ears, moving my head around I calmed myself down by feeling the soft surface I was lying on... AKA Jiro.

Yes, I was currently getting a lap pillow from Jiro as she cleaned my ears with a stick... Japanese culture stuff... Anyway as I was saying, the villains have probably begun partnering up and are now planning some devious stuff... After all, All Might is close to retirement.

"Ouch! Can you be a bit more careful!" I grabbed the stick out of Jiro's hand as I felt my eardrums cry out in pain... One might say I gave her an earful... I'll see myself out...

"I'm sorry... Il try and be a bit more careful" Jiro struggled the stick from my hand while also trying to keep my head on her lap... I don't really see the appeal behind this, apparently, it's supposed to be romantic or something.

"Sorry, I couldn't hear you on account of you scooping my eardrum out" I complained as my monologue kept being interrupted... It's almost as if the author is stretching for word count...

Stare.....

"So um. Are you concerned?" I suddenly heard Jiro ask, closing my for a bit I asked back

"Concerned about what?" At this point, I had way too many things on my plate, so most concern questions had more than 20 answers I could give

"The whole... Yakuza operation, Nighteye said you will take a crucial part of the raid" Jiro said, after a small silence I suddenly realized what she said...

"Wait why am I taking a crucial part of the operation? I'm just a sidekick!" I should out in annoyance, I kept getting dragged into the plotlines so much it was getting annoying, I planned to steal Overhaul after Midoriya kicked his a** but if I took part in the raid it would be over before Overhaul could even get arrested

'And I can't murder someone in plain view of everyone...' I thought to myself, perhaps I should begin creating plans B's and C's instead of the whole 'if it doesn't work, just wing it'

"Well by the sounds of it you're pretty concerned, though I worry I wouldn't take a significant part in the operation" Jiro breathed a heavy sigh, she had hoped to get a center part in the operation but she would most likely get a rescue or scouting role. She knew her quirk wasn't powerful enough to contend with the villains anyway.

"Well taking a significant part in the operation is just a way to get your quirk erased" I muted unknowingly making Jiro freeze while the stick was still inside my ear canals.

"What did you just say?" Jiro flinched yet again almost ripping my brain out, recuperating from the sudden attack I quickly answered

"I was just saying being a center part in this operation is probably really dangerous for you... I wouldn't want you to die or something" I quickly came up with an excuse for my earlier blunder, luckily making excuses is second nature to me at this point.

"You two, let's go" Our conversation was cut short by EdgeShot exiting the meeting room, now standing in silence the lobby descended into uncomfortable silence.

"If you two plan on being lovey dovey now isn't the time," EdgeShot said while staring at Jiro with an 'ill train you to death' stare, which he got the point across really well.

"Ahem yes sir" I stood up with slightly reddened cheeks while saluting, I could see Mountain Lady in the corner of my eye chatting with Kamui Woods...

'ugh here I go babysitting again' I felt my mood worsen as I began walking up to the two rookie heroes. Immediately as I confronted the two I got an excited reaction from Mountain Lady, who was enthusiastic to beat up villains. I also got an annoyed glare from Kamui Woods as he got interrupted in the middle of his nat1 seduction attempt.

"Woohoo! Did you hear? We're going on a super big operation! And only a few months after our career started! We're going to be the most successful rookies EVER" Mountain Lady couldn't stop smiling as she excitedly began talking about the meeting as if I wasn't even there

"Uh... Yeah, I heard... I was at that meeting" I told Mountain Lady in the middle of her non-accurate retelling making her stop. Her cheeks turned pink from embarrassment

"Hehe... I didn't notice" She scratched her cheek before turning back to Kamui... She got some reason felt like Rimuru was much more mature than them... Talking to Kamui doesn't feel like talking to a senior... He's like a friend, a good one.

Unknowingly Mountain Lady has already friend-zoned Kamui, even though they had barely begun their relationship. While Kamui was still as ever ignorant as always.

***************************"**************

"So who is the next candidate?" A worker for the Public Hero Safety Commission asked his coworker while looking over his shoulder gazing at the file in his hands.

"The president said his name is Rimuru, apparently he saw some potential in him" the coworker replied exasperatedly, the president often dumped his work on them with barely any instructions

"Well let's just hope he doesn't pull a Nagant on us" the worker accidentally said a taboo word. Quickly closing his mouth he sighed in relief. Ever since Lady Nagant pulled a massacre on his department not a single worker was allowed to talk about the incident.

"No worries, if he does we can just use his mom as leverage" the coworker replied with a subtle sinister hint, as if he was used to the things in the workplace the worker didn't even question anything apart from the logistics

"Wouldn't it be pretty hard to use his mom as leverage? They could trail it back to us and stuff"

"Ah that's fine, his mom used to work as a pro hero. We just need a 'vengeful villain' and we're done" the coworker replied however they were interrupted by the door slamming open

"Hello, my beautifuls! I am back from the agency team-up meeting!" Hawks barged into the room surprising the two workers as they began shivering

"Ah I s-see welcome back" They quickly lowered their head as they knew Hakws sometimes was particularly ruthless.

"What? The commission doesn't want to know how the meeting went. Where did all the corruption go? Did it disappear?" Hawk put a hand over his eyes as if trying to spot something in the distance, his sarcastic remarks made the worker even more tense

"So what information did you bring?" The worker worked up his courage to ask

"Tsk tsk tsk, to find that out you have to give me appropriate information in return. That's how the world works" Hawks wiggled his fingers at the two as he gave them a hard time

"So... Whose your next 'target?'" Hawks asked and immediately got a reply

"His name is Rimuru Tempest!"

"Huh? Doesn't he go to UA? How do you plan to get around the rat?" Hawks mentioned Nezu to the two, of course, there wasn't any plan so they decided to create one on the spot

"Ah! He'll only be at UA for 4 years anyway. And if we really need to we can make him drop out" the worker thought up a plan almost instantaneously. Finally letting go Hawks finally told them how the meeting went however the whole time his mind was in another place...

'Rimuru... Tokoyami mentios him often... They're trouble... and so is he...' Hawks felt a slight urge to betray the commission however he couldn't do such without a plan so he pushed the thought to the back of his mind before returning to his hero duties... And as the commission's dog.
