Jiraiya's eyes locked onto Naruto and Himawari, his voice filled with pain and confusion. "You two... Shisui took you away from me. Controlled me. Killed my student and Kushina-chan."

He was ready to attack, but Horyu's words stopped him. "The sage who preaches about ending hatred but ignores the pain of his neighbors. Where were you when Danzo was about to annihilate the Uchiha with your Sensei? Probably spying on women in the baths. You know that's basically sexual assault, right? You have no right to talk about peace and love. You're a criminal who should be locked up, but since you're strong and the student of a Hokage, you get away with your crimes. If it were up to me, you would have been killed ages ago."

Tsunade couldn't help but speak up, "Horyu, that is too far."

Horyu looked at her, his gaze piercing. "Is it? What did you do when he spied on you?" he asked, his tone cold. "He still remembers that memory as his closest brush with death. What makes it okay when he does it to others?"

Tsunade bit her lip, knowing Horyu was right. Jiraiya clenched his fists. "I was collecting materials for my book," he muttered defensively.

Horyu ignored him and turned to the others. "As I said, we have pressing matters to discuss. Now that everyone is free and themselves, it's time to talk."

Hashirama stood up, commanding the room's attention. "Everyone," he began, his voice calm yet firm, "we already know the identity of the enemy, but for some reasons, we will not divulge that."

A shot up from his seat, anger radiating from him. "And you expect us to trust you?"

Hashirama's friendly demeanor turned ice-cold, transforming the atmosphere in the room. The shift was tangible, as if a serene Buddha had become a wrathful demon. His eyes locked onto the assembled shinobi, and everyone felt the chilling intensity of his presence.

"Until now, I hoped to maintain some decorum since Tobirama and I are merely summoned souls. I believed we had no right to interfere too much. But learning that my wife's village was destroyed by your actions has erased any goodwill I held," he declared, his voice stern and unyielding. "I, Hashirama Senju, the God of Shinobi, will confiscate all tailed beasts, with or without their Jinchuriki, regardless of your consent. Does anyone dare oppose this?"

The room was silent, the weight of Hashirama's words sinking in. The Kages exchanged uneasy glances, the gravity of the situation becoming all too clear.

A, the Raikage, stood up, his body crackling with lightning. "You expect us to just hand over our Jinchuriki? This is absurd! We cannot trust Konoha after all that has happened!"

Hashirama's eyes bore into A, his presence commanding and unwavering. "I do not ask for your trust. I am stating a fact. The tailed beasts will be held in Konoha. You have no choice in this matter."

Oonoki floated slightly above his chair, his expression one of defiance and calculation. "And if we refuse? What then, Hashirama? Do you intend to start another war?"

Hashirama's chakra flared, causing the ground beneath him to crack under the immense pressure. "War? Are you even qualified?" His chakra intensified, making it difficult for the other Kages to breathe. "Those who cannot even breathe in our presence dare to threaten us?" he declared, his voice booming with authority.

Tobirama snorted, his gaze cold and calculating. "It seems the world has forgotten our name, Anija."

The Kages felt the oppressive weight of Hashirama's chakra, their expressions ranging from shock to fear. A struggled to maintain his composure, his muscles tensing with the effort. Oonoki, found it difficult to sit straight, the force of Hashirama's presence pushing him down.

Mei, despite her composed demeanor, felt the strain of the immense chakra pressure. Her eyes narrowed, assessing the situation with a mix of caution and resolve. Hanzo, who had earlier shown his defiance, now sat rigidly, the seals still binding him in place.

Hashirama's gaze swept over the room, his presence commanding absolute attention. "We are not here to play games. The safety of the entire shinobi world is at stake. I will not allow petty grievances to interfere with our mission."

A clenched his fists, his lightning aura flickering but subdued under Hashirama's overwhelming power. "We cannot simply hand over our Jinchuriki. They are our village's strength," he argued, his voice strained.

Hashirama's eyes bore into A, unyielding. "Strength? True strength comes from unity, from protecting what is dear to us. Your Jinchuriki will be safer in Konoha, under our protection. This is not a request."

Oonoki, realizing the futility of resistance, sighed heavily. "If we agree to this, what guarantees do we have that our Jinchuriki will be treated fairly and returned once the threat is over?"

Tobirama stepped forward, his expression stern. "You have our word as shinobi. We are not interested in power plays. Our goal is to neutralize the threat that endangers us all. Once that is achieved, your Jinchuriki will be returned to you."

Mei, considering the gravity of the situation, finally nodded. "Very well. For the sake of our villages and the greater good, we will comply."

Hanzo, still bound by Horyu's seals, could only glare in silence, his defiance quelled by the overwhelming presence of the Senju brothers.

Horyu, observing the proceedings with a calm demeanor, spoke up. "Now that the matter of the Tailed Beasts is settled, it's time to take action. Your strength is not necessary for the following plan," he said, his voice even and confident.

A, Oonoki, Mei, and especially Hanzo clenched their fists. They had never been underestimated so blatantly.

Horyu continued, "You can stay in Konoha and keep an eye on your precious Jinchuriki. We will deal with the enemy."

The room fell silent, the tension palpable. A's eyes narrowed as he glared at Horyu. "You think we're just going to sit here while you take all the action? Who do you think you are?" he growled, his muscles tensing.

When they were suppressed by Hashirama, they accepted it, after all, he was the God of Shinobi, but it still stung their pride, and now a boy who was still wet behind the ears was telling them they weren't needed? Neither could accept that. Especially the unruly A and Demi-god Hanzo, who flared their aura at the same time.

A glared at Horyu, lightning crackling around him. "You and the Uchiha ought to be killed," he growled. His muscles tensed, eyes blazing with fury. Pointing at Shisui, he continued, "You control your fellow shinobi, you dare to sit under that ha—"

Before he could finish his speech, a fiery flash filled the room. In the next second, A's vision turned, and he was on the ground. Horyu had moved with such speed that A didn't even see it coming. He felt the weight of Horyu's foot pressing his head into the floor, right next to Shisui.

"Hokage-sama will not be disrespected," Horyu's cold voice echoed through the room. Everyone looked on in shock, realizing the sheer speed and power Horyu possessed.

Oonoki, though wary, couldn't hide his surprise. "To move so swiftly and decisively... this boy..." he thought, his mind racing to understand the extent of Horyu's abilities.

Hanzo, still seething with rage, tried to stand, but the seals held him firmly in place. "Release me, you insolent brat!" he demanded, his voice filled with venom.

Horyu didn't even glance at Hanzo, his gaze focused on A, beneath his feet, only. "You send your Jonin Commander to kidnap the Hyuga Heiress in Konoha. When I found out your plot and killed him, you demanded my dead body in compensation. You, with Stone and Mist, massacred the Uzumaki because you were afraid of their potential, despite the Whirlpool always staying away from wars. Then, when Konoha started to show power, you initiated another war. Who the fuck do you think you are, preaching about the qualities of a Kage?" His voice dripped with murderous intent. He then locked eyes on Hanzo.

"The so-called Demi-god, who thinks he can give titles to others, is nothing but an insect. In the last two Shinobi Wars, you opened your borders, letting your people suffer starvation and death from those who fought in your land. For what? Profit? And you demand an explanation for Shukaku murdering your citizens? Would you be so bold if it wasn't Konoha under suspicion? You think just because you gathered a few pitiful villages, you can raise your voice?" Horyu's voice grew colder, cutting through the tension in the room.
