Chapter 21.

"A Race Against Time"

Athena and Geal could be seen preparing for the search of the supernatural creatures.

"We'll just need to come up with some fake names and some fake student IDs," Athena said. "And then we'll need to come up with a story to tell the person at the observatory about why we need to use the telescope. Do you think you can do that?" Geal nodded. "I think I can manage that," he said. "I'm just worried about getting caught." "I know," Athena said. "But we'll be very careful. We'll make sure we don't do anything that could get us in trouble.

"And even if something does go wrong, we can always make a run for it," she continued. "I don't think they'll call the police or anything like that. They'll probably just kick us out of the observatory and tell us not to come back. But as long as we don't get arrested or anything, I think we'll be all right." Geal was quiet for a moment. Then, finally, he said, "Okay. Let's do it." "Are you sure?" Athena asked. "Yes," he said.

"I trust you," he continued. "And I trust that you know what you're doing. I just want to help the beasts and dragons, and if this is the way to do it, I'm willing to take the risk." "Thank you," Athena said, feeling a rush of gratitude and affection for Geal. "I really appreciate that." Geal nodded. "Of course," he said. "Now, let's figure out those fake names and IDs." And so they did. They spent the rest of the afternoon coming up with fake names, birthdays, and addresses.

They even managed to take some photos of themselves that they could use to make fake student IDs. By the time they were done, they felt like they had a solid plan. The next day, they put their plan into action. They dressed in their best clothes and drove to the university, trying to look as confident and convincing as possible. When they got to the observatory, they approached the person at the front desk and gave their fake names and student IDs.

The person at the desk gave them a skeptical look, but ultimately allowed them to use the telescope. As they walked into the observatory, they both felt a surge of excitement and fear. They knew that they were taking a huge risk, but they also knew that it was a risk worth taking. They found the telescope they needed and got to work. They spent hours looking at the night sky, searching for the constellation that they knew would lead them to the book of beasts.

Finally, just as the sun was beginning to rise, they found it. The constellation was small and faint, but it was unmistakable. It was a dragon, with its wings outstretched and its tail curled around a bright star. "We found it!" Athena exclaimed, unable to contain her excitement. "Now we just need to figure out how to get to the book." Geal nodded. "We need to find the coordinates of that star," he said.

They quickly got to work, using the data they had collected to calculate the exact location of the star. When they were done, they looked at each other with wide eyes. "It's in the mountains," Geal said. "There's a cave there, with a waterfall. That's where the book is." "Then we need to get there as soon as possible," Athena said. "We don't know how long we have before someone else finds it." Geal nodded. "We need to leave now," he said.

They rushed out of the observatory and back to their car, their hearts pounding with excitement and fear. As they drove to the mountains, they kept checking the map, making sure they were going in the right direction. Finally, they reached the foothills of the mountains, and they saw the waterfall in the distance. "We're almost there," Geal said. "We need to get ready." "What do you mean?" Athena asked. "We need to prepare ourselves for whatever we might find in that cave," Geal said.

They parked the car and got out, looking around nervously. The waterfall was hidden behind a thick curtain of trees, and they could hear the roar of the water as it cascaded down the mountainside. They took a deep breath and started to make their way towards the waterfall. As they got closer, the sound of the water grew louder and louder, until it was almost deafening. And then, finally, they reached the waterfall. It was even more spectacular than they had imagined.

Water cascaded down the side of the mountain, forming a pool at the bottom. The pool was a brilliant blue, and the water looked so inviting. But there was no time to swim or relax. They had a mission to complete. They approached the base of the waterfall, and they saw that there was a cave hidden behind the falls. They could hear the sound of rushing water coming from inside the cave. They knew that this was where the book of beasts was hidden.

"We have to be careful," Geal said. "We don't know what's in there." "I know," Athena said. "But we have to do this. The fate of the supernatural realm depends on it." They took a deep breath and stepped into the cave. The roar of the water was even louder now, and the air was cold and damp. They could feel the spray of the waterfall on their faces, and the ground was slippery under their feet. They had to be careful not to slip and fall.

They moved slowly and carefully, inching their way deeper into the cave. The light from the entrance was fading, and they could feel the darkness closing in around them. And then, suddenly, they saw it. In the center of the cave, on a pedestal of stone, was a small, leather-bound book. It was the book of beasts. They rushed forward, their hearts pounding with excitement. But as they approached the book, they heard a low growl from the shadows.

"Behold a mighty looking dragon,stood besides the book,"who are you"?he asked, both Athena and Geal went on their kneels ,O great guardian of the book of beasts,I am Athena daughter of Zara and Liam,the one chosen by the moon goddess to restore the balance between the supernatural realm and human realm,here with me is my uncle Geal.

"Rise child,go forth and take the book of beasts but remember you must be pure in heart and intentions before you can touch the ancient book of beasts",come forth my child,come!!!.

Athena moved forward and took the Book of beast,as soon as she took the book, darkness covered the cave and the guardian's voice was heard,go forth the chosen one and fullfil your Destiny..... When the darkness faded away,the great Dragon was nowhere to be found, Athena and Geal left the cave and returned back to the camp....
