"A WRIT OF SUMMONS"

While the Kurtz were still asleep in their home, they got interrupted by the knocking of one of the servants, on the door of Mr and Mrs Kurtz. Mrs Kurtz left the bed, heading over to the door. She was still feeling sleepy and continuously rubbing her eyes gently till she got to the door.

She couldn't wait to see the face of that one, that interrupted her sleep this early morning. She opened the door, very unhappy to see the servant. The servant was holding a brown envelope, while she wondered what he wanted from her this early in the morning.

"What's very important, that you had to disturb my sleep this morning?." She asked, pissed off by his presence.

"A bailiff came over to the mansion with this." He responded, handing over the envelope to her.

"A bailiff?". She asked surprisedly.

The servant nodded his head quietly, walking away. Mrs Kurtz closed back the door, returning back to the bed. She sat next to where her husband laid, wondering the reason a bailiff would come over to their home early in the morning. Mrs Kurtz tore off the envelope, bringing out a white paper that was lying inside it.

She gently unfolded the paper, going through its content with her eyes.

Going through the letter, she found out that it was a court order, summoning her family to face me at a court. Mrs Kurtz got so agitated, tapping her husband to wake up from his slumber.

"This lady, don't you have courtesy at all?". He asked, jumping out from his sleep.

"My fear has happened. That silly girl, has challenged us to face her in a court." Mrs Kurtz exposed.

"You mean that we've been summoned to the court by court order?". He asked surprisedly.

Mrs Kurtz nodded her head exhaustingly, handing over the letter to her husband. He went through the letter, realizing that she was saying the truth earlier. Mr Kurtz left the bed, confused at what to do next.

"We've no choice but to inform our son." Mrs Kurtz said.

"I wish to say no, but I have no choice but to agree right now." Mr Kurtz replied back.

"I'll get my phone now." Mrs Kurtz said.

**At the lounge.

Mrs Kurtz went over to the lounge with her cell phone, dialing Sebastian's phone number. Sebastian was still fast asleep on bed, when she gave him a call. After several calls from his mum, he finally picked up the phone call.

Mrs Kurtz was sounding very worried over the phone, and it really got Sebastian very uncomforting.

"Mum, you sound worried. Are you okay?". He asked disturbedly.

"Of course I'm. Bianca has sued us for breach of contract. We received a writ of summon this morning." Mrs Kurtz said.

Sebastian was shocked to hear that revelation, and he quickly took a deep breath, before giving his mother a reply. Oliver was at the door of the lounge, eavesdropping on Mrs Kurtz.

"Bianca brought up a case against us?". He asked.

"Yes, you heard me." She confirmed her word again.

Sebastian cut the phone call, while Mrs Kurtz sobbed at the lounge. Oliver entered inside the lounge, walking towards her. He sat next to Mrs Kurtz, consoling her. She didn't need a consolation, but instead a help. Although she had called Sebastian, Mrs Kurtz still wanted something to be done so fast.

I wasn't surprised about their reaction, because that was exactly how I wanted them to feel about it. They really messed with the wrong people, and it was time for them to face my own wrath.

**At Sebastian's apartment...

Sebastian was lost in thoughts when Liam came into the living room. Liam sat at a corner, wondering what's wrong with his room today. He first waited for Sebastian to acknowledge his presence, but it was very obvious that Sebastian didn't even know when he entered into the living room.

"What's wrong bruh?". Liam forcefully asked.

"Bianca has crossed her boundaries." Sebastian said.

"What do you mean?". He asked confusedly.

"She filed a case against I and my family. I did a good attorney Liam. Find one for me." Sebastian ordered him.

Liam nodded his head, wondering what the case was all about. He had to forcefully go over to Jasmine's apartment, to have some words with me. I was packing the garbages that were lying outside the apartment, when Liam arrived. I didn't even know when he got there, until I heard the shuffling of his feet.

"Hi Liam, you came." I waved at him surprised.

"What's going on?". He asked me.

"I don't get your question." I replied confusedly.

Liam dragged me by my hand, taking me to a corner. I pulled out my hand from his grip, staring at him. Liam gave some serious poses to me, and that was when I realized he wasn't having it at all.

"You came over to my place, and dragged me like an object." I said rudely to him.

"Sebastian can't stop thinking today. You filed a case against his family. What's going on?". Liam asked me.

I heaved out a heavy sigh after realizing that was the reason he came over. I folded my arms, looking at his worried face. I was very happy to hear that. Obviously, I was expecting the same reaction from Sebastian.

"Oh, finally he found out. Yeah I did and do you've a problem with that?". I asked him.

"That's my closet friend. What's this case about?". Liam asked me.

"Just stop, stop it Liam. Have you forgotten that his family auctioned my family's home at Birmingham?". I asked him pissed off.

Liam remembered that, nodding his head. My loud voice attracted Jasmine and she came out to find out who was that, that was stressing my butt out. Jasmine was surprised to see I and Liam at a corner. She walked up to us, standing next to me.

"What's wrong best friend?". She asked concernedly.

"Sebastian found out about the case I filed against his family, and here is his friend, trying to act all caring." I explained.

"There shouldn't be any explanation for that." Jasmine supported me.

Liam turned his face away, hating the fact Jasmine interrupted our private conversation. I was glad that she came anyway. Liam was pissing me off by his bugging and I just couldn't take it anymore.

"This is a matter between us." He said to Jasmine.

"..and whose house are you at?". She threw the question at him.

"Bianca you know what, I'm confused. I seriously don't want to get myself in this. Both of you are my buddies and I can't hurt the other, just to make the other party happy." Liam opened up.

I obviously understood his point, and it wasn't going to be easy for him. I shook my head, wondering what was going in his head at the moment.

"You seriously don't have to support me. Give him all your supports because that's your friend." I advised him.

"What about you?." He asked.

"I don't need your support Liam, because as long as I'm here, I'll make sure to bring the Kurtz down on their feet." I challenged.

I walked out of Liam, while Jasmine joined me. Liam was very shocked at my challenge. It wasn't even something he can disclose to Sebastian, because he would be very pissed off.
