Lily....

Elijah nearly dropped Monalissa on the floor the moment Ezekiel called that name. Who was he referring to? Obviously there was only a female in their midst at the moment so it was... Monalissa? There was no way he knew Monalissa's forgotten identity! If he found out...how? Shocked as he was, he still remembered to drop Monalissa down gently. The latter eyed him and looked at Ezekiel.

"What are you doing here?", Monalissa asked, in a tone that was far from friendly. Her face was devoid of any expression but her heart ached when she talked to him that way.

"Lily", Ezekiel called again, his palms fisted. He looked into those eyes that had become enstranged to the real owner of them. Liliana. Lily. His Lily.

"Lily, who's that? Oh...I remembered", she said and looked straight at him. "But she's not here. Go look for your childhood friend somewhere else", she said and turned to go.

Elijah was happy at the way Monalissa reacted though he was in the know that she was just putting up a show. He was grateful that she wasn't making things any easier for that son of a gun that was in front of him.

Ezekiel seeing that Monalissa was hell-bent on the acting, he grabbed her wrist, dragging her to himself. "Liliana!", he yelled her name.

Monalissa looked at him wide-eyed. That name...where had she heard it before? It was so strange yet familiar. "You got the wrong person Mr Don", Monalissa said.

Ezekiel was getting angry because she was not helping him at all. He glared at Elijah who sent him a smirk.

"Neon, you don't mind if I go with her right?", Ezekiel asked with a wry smile.

" I do mind. Quite a lot", Elijah replied with his arms folded. "She's not feeling so well and doesn't need to walk around a lot. It would be the best thing it you allow her some rest, or are you going to overwork her like use to?", Elijah taunted.

Monalissa looked at the two men. She couldn't go with Ezekiel. Not yet. She needed to find out a lot of things. But, she was more confused here. Why was her master calling her that strange name? Was there something she was missing? He called her Lily... Liliana even. Her master wasn't one to make baseless mistakes so does it mean.... At the thought of this, a slight headache hit her and her vision blurred, making her dizzy and unable to stand. This series of body abnormalities landed her into the arms of Ezekiel who held her tightly.

"Walker!", he shouted.

Elijah wasn't calm anymore. He whipped out his cellphone and dialed his doctor immediately. Also, he prayed earnestly that Monalissa's memories stay wherever they were. At least, he didn't want her recovering them yet.

Ezekiel carried her in his arms, his gaze fixed intently on hers. He didn't care about anything else except her. "Walker, open your eyes", he pleaded, looking as vulnerable as ever. Even Elijah was surprised as he had never seen this side of Ezekiel before.

"The doctor is on his way", Elijah said trying to ease the anger of seeing Monalissa in another man's arms. Not just any man, but his enemy. Worst still, he couldn't do anything about it.

"Show me her room", Ezekiel demanded.

Elijah grimaced in anger, and began walking upstairs towards Monalissa's room. He arrived at the door and opened it for him. Ezekiel walked in, while assessing the whole place. He needed to know what kind of place she was inhabiting.

"No need to check. She's living a fine life", Elijah said.

Ezekiel didn't fail to notice the camera that was hung up in a part of the room. He laid Monalissa on the bed, tucking her into the duvet.

"Why are there cameras? Is that how you live a fine life?", Ezekiel asked, his gaze still on Monalissa.

"Why ask? Can't you tell?", Elijah replied with a question.

"I can't tell. Cameras are kept in corridors not inside a room. Why's there one here?!", Ezekiel questioned, his voice raised.

"That's my concern Ezekiel. You get to see her but I don't? Isn't that a selfish act? You're not the only one who loves her!", Elijah shot back.

Elijah wished he hadn't spoken but when he did, he couldn't take it back any more. This was because, the moment he finished speaking, he got a nosebleed, all thanks to the face-fisting that Ezekiel sent his way. He hadn't seen it coming and couldn't duck in time.

"What the....!", Elijah yelled.

Ezekiel took that chance and attacked. Sending blows of different velocity to his face, especially his eyes. He wanted to make sure Elijah went blind, so that he wouldn't see what he's not supposed to see. He wasn't qualified to see her. Not at all! This bastard!

When he was satisfied, he rolled off him and went to the bed. He took Monalissa from the bed and started heading downstairs.

"Hey! You sneak!", Elijah yelled at the top of his voice. He stood but slumped back to his feet, as he couldn't even see at the moment.

"You're so shameless! You dare to sneak up on me!", Ezekiel yelled.

"You should always watch your back. There was no way I would come here myself and let her stay back. Your secret card, I already know it. She's Lily, and also, the missing daughter of the president of Cee country", Ezekiel stated.

Elijah paled visibly in such a way that it was pleasing to the eyes. Ezekiel smirked at him. "How did you know? You're not supposed to know that one. Did Elena betray me?", Elijah growled in anger.

"No, she didn't. She's your most trusted aide", Ezekiel replied and was about to go.

"Then how...how did you know of her real identity?", Elijah demanded.

"Elena...she didn't go. She just didn't go anymore. She's with me!", Ezekiel said and walked out.

"Kim, bring in the doctor, to the Alpha gardens", Ezekiel ordered.

"Yes Boss", Kim replied and dialed the doctor's number immediately. Aft r she was notified, Kim set the car in motion towards Alpha gardens.
