Alex further more splits the scouting department into 3, with internal scouts that'll focus on la masia players and those the club loaned in, External scouts that'll focus on the players the club target in Europe plus they'll keep tabs on all the players the club loaned out, while the last scouting team known as the global scouts, this ones would mainly focus on players outside of Europe from Africa, Asia, South America and Oceania, this scouts would also coordinate with all scouting departments to further strengthen reports on players and they'll be incharge of securing partnerships with local academies in all those continents, if possible every country in those continents.
