Child can't make it

Daisy took coffee from the end of the hallway which was a turn ahead from the ICU where everyone was currently waiting.

She took a sip of the coffee and sat on one of the wall-mounted chairs before she leaned back on the wall and closed her eyes.

She did not move when she heard the sound of approaching footsteps nor did she open her eyes.

Ryle's footsteps slowed down when he saw the woman leaning back on the wall. Her face was white as paper and her eyes seemed slightly sunken with dark rings under them. Her hair was framed, a few strands falling on her face but the woman seemed unbothered. It has just been a few days but she seemed to have lost a great amount of weight, looking skinnier than she already was.

He was certain that she heard him approaching but she did not move and continued resting in that position while still holding the cup of coffee in her hand.

Ryle supported Angel's head and sat on the chair next to Daisy.
