The Dark Forest (1)
In this world, there was only one massive landmass covering 50% of the total surface, while the other 50% was covered by water. This landmass was called Pandora.
It was ruled over by the Apex in its entirety, but was divided into three parts, with two massive forests dividing them.
The three parts were- Magical Sector in the North, Technique Sector in the South, and The Technology Sector in the Center.
The forest dividing the Magical and Technology Secror was the Dark Forest, and the one dividing the Technology and Technique Center was the White Forest.
Both of the Forests had been taken over by the Monsters from the other world. Especially the inner areas had portals inside them. But, even my parents thought twice before going there as it was infested by extremely strong monsters everywhere.
A skill that I wanted was located in the middle areas of the Dark Forest.
(1 month before leaving for the Dark Forest)
(At 14 Years old)
My father looked at me seriously and said "You want to go to the Dark Forest, son. Well, I had expected this to happen sometime. What rank are you now?
"Halfway through SS Rank, father" I replied.
"Ok then. Have you practiced with the skills we got you for your birthdays properly?"
He inquired.
I nodded my head, and he sighed and told me he would go talk to my mother and make the necessary arrangements.
The next morning, looking rather worn-out, my father told me he had convinced my mother on the condition that I would have to take two XXX Rank Guards with me.
As I would only be entering till the middle edges of the Forest, that would be the highest Rank monster that I would face. I agreed to it, and so my journey was set.
The skills I had gotten for my 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th birthdays were only Null Attribute skills, as my elemental affinities, which dictated the elements I could use, would only be revealed when I would become 15 years of age.

Ultimate Inspect(A-Rank)
Description: Allows the user to view the status of any object or living being upri one rank above them.
Homing Mana Arrows(S-Rank)
Description: Allows the user to conjure Mana Arrows of Null Attribute and control the speed and size of the arrows. The more mana applied, the more the properties increase.
The arrows can be made to target a single entity and will target them as long as mana is applied. Range: 1 Kilometer
Hundred Mana Slashes(S-Rank)
Description: Allows the user to send a hundred slashes imbued with mana, even while only slashing once.
Mana Bombardment(SS-Rank)
Description: Allows the user to send a huge force of mana from the sky and drop it inside a certain radius. The radius can be adjusted, but cannot be changed once the bombardment is initiated.
In this world, there was no concept of 'cooldown'. As long as they were able to gather mana quickly, it did not matter.
Unfortunately, having infinite mana did not mean he could kill any being below divine rank. His mana would only affect those at most two ranks above him.
The ones above that would have enough constitution to be mostly unaffected. Only skills of the same rank would be able to affect them then. But, one could only wield skills below or at the same rank as them.
I had a trump card for beating those who had higher ranks than me. The second effect of my innate skill permitted me to stop time for 1 minute. But, I could still move freely. In that minute I could devise a plan to beat my enemy.
I could also combine my skills to form an effect reaching SSS Rank.
Finally, it was time for us to set out for the Forest.
We would have to take a dimensional portal to the Forest as it was very far away from us, who had our house right in the middle of the Technology Sector.
And so I arrived in front of the portal.
Behind me were the two guards my father sent with me.
As we entered through the portal, my heart beat in excitement as I was finally going to fight something since the time I had regressed.
