He also temporarily dyed his hair blonde. 

They fabricated a story for Fiona's awakening since Malacai prefers to keep it a secret for now.

If his ability is proven to work on any witch or templar, Malacai plans to use this as a recruitment tool for his faction.

It doesn't take long for their car to reach a luxurious villa outside the city.

As they enter, Malacai is surprised by the party. It's not like the one he has come before.

"I told you, my mom has unique hobbies," Fiona whispered in his ear.

The place is luxurious, with waiters moving around carrying champagne and food and guests dressed in suits and dresses.
