Well, on the bright side, it looks like he's mostly blaming his competitor for his death instead of blaming the assassin, aka me. Still, I'm certainly not going to reveal the truth, especially since doing so would be the same as admitting that the entire backstory I gave him was a lie.
"Not to victim blame or anything, but did you use any dirty tactics against this guy that would've provoked him into wanting you dead?" I asked him.
