Fifty-seven

After Valerie and Marie's fight, the other fights followed in quick succession without me really paying attention. Not that the fights weren't interesting, just that I didn't feel like watching them. I had seen enough blood and bruises for one day, and I was more concerned about Lydia, who had disappeared after the fight between Valerie and Marie.

I wondered how she was feeling, both physically and emotionally.

After the last fight, I went straight back to the hotel. I wasn't necessarily sleepy, but I felt drained from the adrenaline and the tension. I also wanted to see Lydia again, and maybe cheer her up a bit. I hoped she would be in a better mood by then.
