Insanity's Ascent

I, Edward Munton, was your average high school student.



I hung out with my friends, studied, partied and drank until I was blackout drunk at any chance.

You know, living the teenage dream.



Well, turns out that getting absolutely wasted every couple of days is not ideal for your health.



I had just come home from another party and collapsed onto my bed. That's the last memory I have of that life.



The next time I opened my eyes, I was greeted by an unfamiliar ceiling.



It seems like fate didn't want to let me rest yet.



I had transmigrated into the body of a disowned noble, Reko Starbreak - a young boy with a feeble body but a sharp mind.

He wasn't a bad kid, just weak, which may as well have been a sin in this world.



The cherry on top was that everything revolved around blades and magic.

In short, I needed power.



Oh, and the state of the world was in utter ruin.
