Yoruichi watched as the gaping void slowly knits back together, shivering slightly at the wrongness she felt as she was staring into the endless nothingness within.

Shaking her head a little to cast off the uncomfortable feelings, She hoped it won't feel like that when she crosses between the worlds in the future.

"Sigh, I guess that's the fun for today over… Damn it, she left me to deal with the aftermath of her little episode in the soul society." Yoruichi lamented as a the beginnings of a headache took hold.

Flicking her tail in annoyance, she just knew that the noble families and new central 46 were going to be an issue, they won't like a rogue element like Jasmine that they can't control in any way.

"Sigh… Whatever, fuck those guys, I'll just tell them that if they want to try order around a Slaughter God then what happens after that is on them."

"Tsk, Just thinking about this shit is making me more annoyed by the minute, whatever maybe Kisuke will have an idea on how to deal with it."

With that last thought she turned to her left side and her small cat body flickered away with a long distance flash step.

As she flash stepped from rooftop to rooftop her mind was on the gacha rewards she had gotten earlier.

'As fun as teasing the Little Princess was, I really lucked out if what she had told me about it was true…' With this thought Yoruichi mentally brought up the chat menus and looked at her rewards that were in her inventory.

"Ohh? I can go to Jasmine's world without having to worry about time here?" Yoruichi's small smile grew a little menacing.

"Hmm, Sona brought up a good point earlier about taking others with us… Yep, definitely need to speak with Kisuke now."

With that last thought Yoruichi increased her speed and in three flash steps she arrived at Urahara shop.

Yoruichi made her way to Kisuke's lap after sensing his reiatsu there.

"Oya? Is the Little Demon gone now?" He asked having sensed her arrival, his back was still facing her as he focused on the computer monitor in front of him.

"Mm, The mission was completed and she returned home." Yoruichi affirmed while taking a seat on a nearby couch as she waited for Kisuke to be done with whatever he was doing.

Yoruichi spent time browsing through the different world shops, the only noise to be heard in the quiet room was the clacking of keys from Kisuke's keyboard.

"How did you manage to get her blood sample by the way?" She asked curiously, having gotten bored of looking through the shop menus.

"Mm? Oh that, she seemed pretty laid back so I just ended up asking her straight out if I could see what was different about people of other worlds." Kisuke replied distractedly as his attention was still on the screen in front of him.

"Huh… I didn't think she would just let you have some of her blood without kicking up much of a fuss." Yoruichi said, surprise evident in her tone.

"She said she was also curious if what we call human and what she calls humans were the same. Because of those veins that they use to gather energy that allow them to basically become minor gods being a part of their biology." The former head of Research and Development of the Seiretei explained with excitement creeping into his voice.

"Judging by your evident growing excitement you've found something?" She asked noting the change in his behaviour, at first he was completely zoned in on his work and now he was almost visually vibrating on the spot.

"I have indeed found something~" He sang while finally turning around before making his way over and taking a seat beside her.

"While the blood sample contains many similarities to a humans, it is fundamentally different." Kisuke continued as his excitement grew.

"It has the base make up of a human being, the similarity is close to 99.97%. That only accounts for 50% of their DNA structure.

I had to run the analysis multiple times just to make sure it was correct, but their DNA has a lot of blank and open markers without losing it's structural integrity making it extremely adaptable, I believe they could take in multiple different types of DNA from other beings to strengthen themselves in someway without any negative side effects of genetic splicing."

"… In words I can understand this time." Yoruichi deadpanned.

"They are humans that have evolved to adapt to foreign influences." Kisuke delivered as his excitement began to dwindle. "Though there were DNA markers in Jasmine that just could not be analysed, it would always return with an error."

"Hmm, she does have the inheritance of a True God, could be the divine nature of the DNA that couldn't be read." Yoruichi said after giving it some thought.

"That could explain it… Sigh, I've learned all I can from it now though." Kisuke said as his mood deflated. "Even if I can observe the DNA there is no way to replicate it."

"…" Yoruichi could only shake her head at the mad scientist.

"You know… I got some rewards for this little mission." Yoruichi said, thinking that now was a good time to discuss what she originally came here for.

"Mm? What kind of rewards?" Kisuke asked intrigued.

"I got five of these healing elixirs which after Jasmine examined, said that they could heal most bodily damage including internal injuries." She told Kisuke while pulling one of the elixirs out knowing that he would want to study it and see if it could be replicated.

Her eye twitched when he snatched it from her hand before she could even place it on the coffee table in front of her, he immediately lost in his own little world as he examined it.

"Oi! I'm not done." Yoruichi said as she snatched the elixir away, her eye twitched again at seeing him pout at her.

"You can look at it later, we have more serious stuff to talk about." Her annoyance spiking at his childish behaviour.

"Fine, Fine, Calm down I'm listening~" Kisuke relented as he raised his hands in surrender.

With a huff she continued her explanation.

"The other reward I got was very rare and it is going to be a life changing one."

Kisuke's playful demeanour faded, replaced with a serious one. "Life changing how?"

"It was the bloodline of a True God from Jasmine's world, it will basically give me the potential to become one in the future…" With a solemn tone as she explained further the implications of getting such a thing.

They went back and forth discussing the pros and cons of it before Kisuke relented and his final hints of hesitance faded when Yoruichi told him that she could take him to Jasmine's world and give him access to Profound Veins in the future.

She told him about how the World Travel Tickets work and of the option to freeze time while you were gone.

Kisuke's analytical mind went into overdrive at the implications and how his future plans could shift with this information.

The pair sat in a contemplative silence after hours of brainstorming.

Yoruichi started to feel tired and slowly drifted off to sleep, her head resting on Kisuke's shoulder, feeling relieved that the threat of Aizen was no longer hanging above their necks like a guillotine.

Seeing this brought a smile to Kisuke's face as he quietly stood up and gently picked Yoruichi up and took her to their room to rest for the night.

Kisuke smiled as he tucked her under the sheets of the bed, he hadn't seen his partner being so carefree since before they had been exiled from the Soul Society.

He didn't have to think hard to know why, for 100 years the looming threat of Azien had been weighing on them and the appearance of Jasmine took all that pressure away even if she could not help them directly, just her presence has shifted so much in their favour.

Shaking his head to be rid of such thoughts, Kisuke slid under the sheets behind Yoruichi and pulled her closer to himself.

His last thoughts were of a black cat chasing a red haired girl as she danced around it's attempt to swipe at her in their game of tag, their joyful laughter was the last thing he heard as he drifted off to sleep.

As the sun rose signalling a new day Jasmine started to stir from her slumber, her eyes fluttering awake with a small hint of confusion in them.

She could feel another person asleep next to her, looking beside her she saw Qingyue sleeping peacefully by her side.

Thinking back to what happened last night to try figure out why she was sleeping beside Qingyue.

Jasmine came to the conclusion that after she went to sleep on the bed Qingyue was left with two options, she could find somewhere else or just sleep on the bed with her.

Jasmine felt conflicted in such a situation, yes she was attracted to Qingyue but she doesn't know what to do with such feelings.

'Sigh, forget it.' Jasmine sighed. 'I'm only 13 so I'll deal with this shit in a few years, if something happens, it happens. No need to stress over it now.'

Gently rising from the bed so as to not wake Qingyue, Jasmine made her way to one of the chairs on the far side of the room.

She decided to sit down and go through the Chat Group shop to see what she will need to help the Asgard disciples with the accumulated cold energy that was damaging their bodies.

'Hmm, from what I remember from the novel, Yun Che used his medical knowledge of profound entrances and the Sky Poison Pearl to clear the cold energy…' Jasmine tapped her chin in thought as she brought up the medical section of the Against the Gods shop.

Finding what she wanted, Jasmine purchased the knowledge of Profound entrances and a small spike of pain shot through her head as the information was transferred to her.

'I see… Shouldn't be too hard to clear up the Asgard disciples issues with a little bit of Profound Energy injected with acupuncture in each entrance.' Jasmine mused in thought as she reviewed what she had learned.

Looking over and seeing Qingyue still sleeping peacefully, Jasmine quietly leaves the room.

Sweeping her divine sense across the Sect she finds that both the Sect Mistress is already awake and decides to make her way towards her residence.

Jasmine was deep in thought as she departed Qingyue's living quarters.

'There's still a little over a year and a half until the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament, from what I can remember the only other people of note were the two sons of that sword place that was the host.'

Ignoring the strange looks she was receiving as she wandered through the sect, Jasmine started piecing together a skeleton of what she wants to get done before the tournament.

'Hmm, after healing all of the sect disciples I will check the group store for ways to improve the sect arts and if I can't, I'll just have to buy a suitable replacement for it.'

'Master since returning to Primal Chaos, something has felt different…' Her Zanpaktou's voice interrupted her thoughts.

"Different?" Jasmine wondered aloud. "Could it be the difference in the ambient energy? This shouldn't be the case with the special body I have…"

'I don't know but it doesn't feel detrimental, when you have time you should come in here and we can work it out.' Noroi said softly.

'Mm okay, I'll come spend time with my cute sister later today then~' Jasmine agreed with a sly grin.

'Idiot…'

'Heh~ Such a tsundere Noroi-chan~' Jasmine teased.

A small while later Jasmine arrived at the Sect Mistress's courtyard, with another sweep of her divine sense she saw that Gong Yuxian was meditating inside what looked to be an empty room with only a small cushion that she was seated on.

Without bothering to be polite she slams open the front door and walks right in.

"Gong Yuxian I've come to talk about helping the disciples with the cold energy blockages issues they've been having~" Jasmine sings out to the meditating woman.

"Did you have to enter in such a- What are you wearing?!" Gong Yuxian asked Jasmine in shock.

"Hehe~ Oh these? They are clothes from my home, you like them?" Jasmine asked innocently as she gave a small pirouette.

"You're dressed like you're from a high end pleasure house…" The Sect Mistress with a little disgust showing in her expression at the idea of such a place.

Jasmine looked at Gong Yuxian in no small amount of shock, last time they had spoke she was trying her hardest to not offend her and now she seems fearless in expressing her opinions.

"Oh? I like that you aren't afraid to speak your mind about me now, but what changed?" Jasmine asked genuinely interested in the answer.

"After our last meeting, I realised after thinking it over that you weren't someone who got easily offended and would rather us not to be afraid to speak in front of you." Gong Yuxian replied stoically.

"Hmm, That's true I suppose but only partially." Jasmine explained, her head tilted to the side as if in contemplation. "I don't mind that you speak your mind in a way that others would find offensive because I just don't care about it, there is only a few things that I will actually take offense to."

"I see…" Gong Yuxian said, though her expression of confusion was plain to see.

"Mm, you don't but that's okay, I wouldn't expect you to~" Jasmine said consolingly to the emotionally stunted woman.

"Women from where I am from are much more open in how they act, unafraid of being seen as lesser than men.

I dress in clothes like this because I like how they make me feel about myself.

That and they are much easier to fight in~"

The two women sat in silence, one with a small smile and the other with a thoughtful frown upon her face.

"Enough of this for now, we can talk more about my vulgar state of dress later~" She said, bringing Gong Yuxian's attention back to her, though her sly smile grew larger at seeing Gong Yuxian's frown deepen at her teasing words.

"I have a way to fix the cold profound energy build up that is causing such detrimental effects to the disciples." Jasmine explained as her teasing grin turned serious. "Though I am unsure if it will be a blessing in disguise by the end of this…"

Gong Yuxian was unable to keep the surprise off her usually emotionless visage.

She knew that Jasmine said she would find a way to help them fix the affliction that had plagued them for so long, but she didn't think it would be so soon.

"Is it dangerous?" Gong Yuxian snapped out of her shock and inquired immediately, the emotions she had locked way threatened to break free as her hope grew that there would be a solution to something that had plagued them for so long.
