Set Off

All three of Aisha's Pokémon were very save.

Caterpie's task from the beginning was only one, and that was to frantically work on the 'Dragon Ascend', striving to improve its proficiency in this move, in order to ensure that when it officially faced the comeback of Groudon and Kyogre, its evolved form Rayquaza would have a more powerful strength.

There was no need to care about the moves that originally belonged to the Caterpie Pokémon, they were of little use.

Some of the moves belonging to Rayquaza that were unlocked along with the increase in proficiency of 'Dragon Ascend' were also unnecessary to care about now.

'Dragon Ascend' was the only move that needed to be exercised now.

Charmander had always been the Pokémon that Blue was responsible for exercising, and it had already developed the habit of exercising, and it was familiar with the exercise methods that suited it.

Even now that it had come into Aisha's hands, this child was still able to exercise on its own completely, belonging to the category synonymous with self-discipline.

As for Azurill...

Aisha was not in a hurry for it to exercise.

This child was not old enough to use many moves.

Moreover, unlike Caterpie and Charmander, Azurill had started out living in the wild where resources were scarce, and had been in the neighborhood without a double for some time before meeting Aisha.

Its living environment alone showed that this child's base was really no match for the other two Pokémon.

Rushing into intense exercise might not be a good choice.

That's why Aisha was still inclined to collect some water-attribute secret treasures and blend some Pokéblocks specialized for Azurill to slightly temper its body.

"Water and Fairy, Fire and Flying..."

Standing before the Berry Blender, Aisha was calculating the attributes of Azurill and Charmander, calculating what Tree Fruit needed to be used to mix the Pokéblock that was exclusively for their two Pokémon.

Azurill's future was Azumarill of Water and Fairy, the Dragon Slaying Warrior.

Charmander's development direction was Special Attack, and in the future, if anything, Mega Evolution would be Charizard Y. So that means the attributes would always be Fire and Flying, and would not change.

After thinking about it for a while, Aisha overheard their tastes and finally picked the material for the Pokéblock.

"Buzz-!!!"

Following the humming of the Berry Blender, the time gradually arrived at dinner time.

Two portions of crystal clear Pokéblocks appeared on top of the table.

One copy was blue with a pinkish color, and one was a deep red.

"Lulli!"

"Ow!"

Azurill and the little fire dragon drooled with gluttony.

Aisha smiled and pushed it to them.

"Eat up, take a big bite!"

The two Pokémon received Aisha's approval and directly fell headfirst inside the rice bowl, eating happily.

In fact, Charmander's Pokéblock had already been recorded within the breeding program that Blue had given Aisha.

Even so, Aisha still made a new Pokéblock based on his own feelings out of professional ethics.

Facing the two copies of Pokéblock, Charmander pondered for a while before abandoning Blue's recipe and choosing Aisha's one...

I wonder how Blue will really feel after knowing about this?

"Mee!"

Aisha looked out of the window at the Caterpie that was still persistently using 'Dragon Ascend' to fly around inside the yard even though it was already late in the day, and couldn't help but let out a sigh.

Picking up the share of Pokéblock and Pokémon food that belonged to it, Aisha walked into the small yard and stopped the Caterpie.

"Eat up before you have the strength to exercise, good boy."

Grabbing the Caterpie's tail with one hand, Aisha placed the bowl of food in front of it.

"Mee!"

Caterpie didn't struggle, and obediently lay down on top of Aisha's knee and ate its meal.

"Hmmm..."

Taking advantage of the night, Aisha sat motionless on top of the steps of the courtyard, his fingers massaging some of Caterpie's joints and soft places.

Azurill and Charmander, after finishing their meal, likewise came up next to Aisha, leaning on his body left and right.

"..."

The next day, Aisha opened his eyes from above the soft bed.

"Hiss..."

Suddenly, Aisha had a bit of chest tightness.

A glance only revealed that it was the Caterpie that was dominantly perched on his chest, and was still sleeping comfortably even now.

Such a body length of more than a meter of big green worm lying on the chest, if not Instructor Ai's unusual physical quality, may be permanently asleep.

"Lulli..."

"Ow..."

On top of that, Azurill curled up under Aisha's arm, her cold face still unconsciously rubbing against his waist.

Charmander was a lot better behaved, but it was still lying on top of Aisha's lap, and the so-called burning flame tail was placed outside the quilt, not starting any fires.

"Hey."

Showing a helpless expression, Aisha also lightly got out of the quilt, leaving the three Pokémon still resting on top of the bed.

Summer had made an appointment with him, and immediately departed for the Hoenn region today.

Aisha had already prepared the luggage he needed the night before, and put it all into the system's storage space, so after changing into clothes that were easy to move around in, Aisha woke up Caterpie, Azurill, and Charmander after wearing the belt pouch that held some props.

After finishing breakfast, there was a knock on Aisha's door.

Opening the door, the person who appeared outside was, as expected, Summer.

"Good morning, Elite Summer... What's your outfit?"

Aisha greeted Summer, only to have a touch of doubt color his words after seeing the latter so ably dressed in the trainer's characteristic manner.

"Ah, Dayan Elite Four uniform, how does it look?"

Summer, on the contrary, smiled brightly and added, saying, "Afterward, I'll head to the Hoenn region together with you."

"Together?"

Seemingly dissatisfied with Aisha's surprise, Summer also didn't have the heart to say what the problem was, saying, "It's not like you don't know what the situation is in the Hoenn region right now, and how could it possibly be that easy for you to have to head that way at this time of the year?"

"That's why... The only way I can take you and my Pokémon along with me to head over there now is if I take the initiative to take on the task of traveling to the Hoenn Region to support the Hoenn League."

"Indeed, I owe it to myself to think."

Aisha decisively chose to concede.

"It's fine, I haven't been in attendance for a while anyway, so it's a good time to take advantage of this opportunity to move around and brush up on my performance."

Aisha was speechless for a moment.

As an otaku girl, it was obvious that Summer wouldn't make a special trip to the Hoenn region just for some performance.

In the end, it was probably to help herself...

In order to repay Summer, Aisha was prepared to dump Gengar's Dirty Routine on Summer and bring a smile to the Dayan trainer's face!

"Don't dawdle, go!"

"Good."

Closing the door, Aisha collected the key and followed Summer's pace with the four Pokémon balls.

"It's starting..."

Muttering this to himself in a voice that only he could hear, Aisha also knew that the test that truly belonged to him was about to begin.
