First step in building the kingdom of monsters
The entire Jura forest was in chaos. And in such times, the leaders of each group has a lot of responsibilities.
Goblins are one of the weakest species in the great Jura forest. But still they have survived so far because of a reason. But after the news from the dryads about the weakened state of their guardian, lord Veldora, the entire forest became chaotic.
But the situation was not that simple while the presence of lord Veldora was very faint, it was constantly fluctuating, even disappearing completely sometimes. Obviously these kind of phenomena will cause confusion among the brainless monsters. And from confusion, causes chaos.
And among these chaos, it was the duty of the Goblin elder to guide the entire village and survive the ordeal.
But it was not easy. Especially, with the dire wolves from the eastern mountain range, constantly attacking their village.
The goblin elder believed that it was a miracle that not even a single Goblin from their village has died yet. Considering the frequent attack from the direwolves and the increasing number of injured goblins, their chances of survival was very low. His own son was in the brink of death. So when the village elder sensed the presence of two powerful auras, he immediately ordered all the uninjured young goblins to investigate their situation while he himself prepared for evacuation.
Now running away might be there only option for survival.

I looked at the green humanoid creatures with broken and rusted weapons. All of them were trembling in front of us. They couldn't even come near as they threw away their weapons with a surrendering gesture while staying atleast a couple of meters away from us. While Veldora was with me, he was suppressing his aura way better than before. So currently I am the one who was actually flaring my aura from other's perspective.
"Strong people, what is your business here ?" There speech was clearly understood by Ciel, who helped me with it. Even after living a long time in the void I never bothered learning about the language of the cardinal world as I never thought, that it would be of any use to me.
"Just strolling around." I said casually. "Why, do you have any problem with it ?"
"N-No, we were just wondering about the strong presence in this area. Due to the frequent attack of the dire wolves these days, we have been constantly on guard.
Strong people, would you mind coming to our village to meet our elder ?" The goblin in front of everyone else, spoke fearfully.
"Sure, I don't mind."

Goblins in this world are nothing like the fantasy comics. They can clearly communicate with each other. And as per raping women, I doubt that any human who will come this deep into the territory of the storm Dragon Veldora himself, will be anything but weak.
While they were intelligent, they have no skills in any other things. The houses made of rags were the proof of it.
The village elder was an old Goblin, who has one foot already inside the grave.
I have also toned down my aura to not kill the injured goblins.
"Strong people, may I ask your purpose of visiting here ?" The old Goblin said respectfully.
"Me and my partner are just taking a stroll in the area. We have no intention of meddle with you." I told the Goblin.
"Then... Strong one, please protect us from the attacks of the dire wolves." The elder went into his knees and begged me. It was really pitifull.
"What can you give me in exchange of protecting you." I asked them.
I wanted to test the concept of you owe me first.
"We...We can give you our loyalty." The goblin elder spoke the exact thing that I wanted.
Loyalty was one of those things which were hard to find. At least in my previous word and probably in this world as well. But the loyalty of monster is more reliable then the loyalty of a human. Especially when you name a monster.
"Alright. I will protect you. But you have to follow my orders to the letter." I told the elder.
"By the way My name is Makima Tempest. And my first order is that will never ask the name of my partner untill I tell you myself."
With words I made my first step towards making the monster Kingdom.

I made the goblins give the idea about fence and provided some necessary tools to make them. I need to assess their current intelligence in order to guide there evolution while naming. Goblins can repopulate very quickly. So they will be the basic building blocks in the kingdom. And in that case I need them to be intelligent enough to handle important tasks then selves.
Fortunately I was not disappointed full stop with a little trial and error, the goblins managed to create a decently strong fence around their village.
After that I provided them with some good quality, mediaeval style weapons and told them to wait inside. Veldora also stayed in for any unfortunate incident. But the otaku dragon was engaging in reading a comic that I have given him earlier.
As I expected the wolves came during the night to attack the Goblin village.
But the wolves were not the only guests of the night. There was another strong presence, hiding inside the forest.
