Seven Minutes of Heaven

The BET awards were a success. Josh was awarded one award out of the three. He may have wanted more for himself but I was proud of him anyway. The awards were a week ago. For a whole week now I had been replaying the speech Josh made when he received the award. He mentioned me and how much he loved and appreciated that I always had his back. Did I? Well I always have had his back ..... I just fell off for a little bit. For two weeks I put on a strong act as guilt ate me up. I had never experienced anything like this. This feeling was new and tormenting. Each day that went by I gave a fake smile every now and then in hope that Josh wouldn't notice that I was a little off.
