Chapter Thirty.

2014

Nobody's point of view.

"Joshua." One of the hotel workers called for Josh who was filling in the book records. "The manager would like to have a word with you in his office." The worker told Josh and went on his way after Josh gave him a nod. Josh was all too familiar with the words he had just been told. He usually got those words before he was fired, worst case scenario, or if he was accused of misconduct or caught red handed for a one or two petty crimes.

When Josh walked to the managers office door, he took a breathe before he knocked. All he could do was think about any possible disqualifications at his expense.

When Josh finally knocked on the door, he was told to enter and did as instructed. Josh walked into the office and closed the door behind him. His whole person showed humbleness because of fear.
