"Uncle, I have a question for you," I said aggressively as I approached him. He responded, "yes, Ivy," without looking at me. He always ignores me in this manner. He considers me to be that little girl. "Uncle, are you gay?" I asked hastily. I think he is. That's why he keeps himself away from me.
"What?" He said, his eyes widening as he heard me.
He asked, "What did you say?"

I tried to smile, but by moving my gaze away from Jack, I stared at Aaron instead. Our gazes met abruptly, and we swiftly shifted our gazes away from one another. We ate quickly and then left Jack alone. 


‘What was it? We appeared to be a newlywed pair. She'd never done it like this before. I'm an introvert, she knows, but why did Ivy ignore me?’ Aaron thought.
