Hidden Locked

As Shivam observed his current status, he was on the verge of asking questions, but then the Red Band appeared on the screen, indicating each attribute with an explanatory glance, elaborating on what it meant in relation to his body.

Though Shivam was familiar with status panels and attributes from playing many RPG games, this was the first time he encountered one related to his own body and its capabilities.

He listened intently to the Red Band's detailed explanations.

"Constitution of the body" refers to the overall physical health and condition of a person, including factors such as strength, stamina, agility, and defense.

It encompasses the body's ability to withstand physical exertion, recover from injuries or illness, and maintain overall well-being.

Currently, your body is experiencing health issues due to toxins present within it, which is affecting approximately 35% of your capabilities.

This is attributed to the pain caused by the use of chakra energy, which is difficult to contain when the body is not toxin-free yet.

Your Constitution is undergoing a painful period due to your reckless behavior of using chakra energy to reach the train faster, resulting in a decrease of more than 75% in your HP and Constitution.

However, this state is expected to return to normal after the chakra bite is healed, which should take approximately two hours.

Due to the constant surge of vitality within you, you are able to recover relatively quickly.

Otherwise, you might have ended up in the hospital breathing and nonetheless in a coma state, requiring at least three weeks or more to recover from the effects of the chakra bite.

As Red Band continued to point at each attribute with arrows appearing on the pointed ones, it explained the intricate details related to Shivam's body.

Currently, Shivam's realm is opening the first Root Lotus, which includes four petals in total.

However, at the moment, Shivam only has access to 2% of the first petal of the Root Lotus Chakra energy.

Red Band continued, explaining that an ordinary human being typically possesses 10 points in strength and various other attributes, with exceptions in attributes related to mental capabilities like intelligence and wisdom.

Luck, on the other hand, depends on one's previous and present karma.

As Shivam had opened the Root Chakra petal, his current strength surpassed that of an ordinary human, while the other attributes showed some slight differences that were acceptable to Shivam.

Red Band explained that with every increase in your Realm percentage, your overall attributes would also increase, except for a few like intelligence, wisdom, and luck.

These attributes are difficult to enhance and can only be increased through significant life experiences or by using attribute points.

So, it's essential to allocate your points to these attributes rather than focusing solely on bodily attributes like strength, stamina, agility, and defense, as they have a higher chance of increasing with each percentage gain in your Realm section.

This is not a game, but rather a real-life status display, which explains the change.

As your body changes via each realm you complete, some attributes will rise, while others will require assistance from the attribute points you acquire, so keep in mind to only boost specific attributes rather than those that can be increased through the realm.

"And every increase in the Realm state would have a drastic effect on the chakra flow inside your body, which could pose a problem as your body has not yet been detoxified.

If you gain a skill with each petal you unlock, it may become difficult for you to resist utilizing them until your body is detoxified.

At your current state, you could activate and circulate the chakra within your body for only 4 to 5 minutes max before experiencing negative effects.

To extend the duration of your skill usage, you needed to detoxify your body, allowing it to tolerate the chakra activation for a longer period.

After activation, there is a six-hour cooling period during which the chakra skill remains inactive.

Once this period elapses, you can reactivate your chakra and utilize the skill again without facing any negative impacts.

Removing toxins would enhance your body's resilience and enable you to sustain the skill for extended durations, thereby unlocking greater potential and mastery over your abilities, Red Band stated.

"Currently, you possess a skill called 'Chakra Embodiment,' a standard skill that enhances your body's strength by two times its current level.

However, every skill you gain from unlocking a petal will adapt to your capabilities.

Therefore, if you subconsciously utilize the skill on your body, which has increased its bodily capabilities due to unlocking a petal, before detoxifying, it could lead to dire consequences.

I advise you not to use the skill for an extended period of time; instead, use it for the specified amount of time until your body has been detoxified," Red Band warned.

Shivam understood one thing: he could not yet utilize the Chakra Embodiment skill for more than 5 minutes max.

He needed to know the fastest way to remove the toxins from his body so he could experience the same feeling of being superhuman and rescue the innocent girls.

Just as he was about to ask about the fastest method of detoxification, he noticed a change on the screen panel.

Red Band was about to delve into explaining the attribute points, the Luck attribute—marked with a distinct number of 5—started to flicker for a few seconds.

Suddenly, an error message appeared on the screen: "@!#!@#Error:

Unable to process the luck attribute."

This unexpected error left Red Band in a dilemma, as it was the first time such an occurrence had happened on the Dark Web application.

The Red Band was visibly shocked by the error, but after a few seconds, it composed itself and stated that there must have been a glitch in the system to cover its surprise.

It assured Shivam that the exact number of "Luck" points would be visible after some time.

The Red Band continued Regarding the Attribute points, you currently have three points to allocate among seven attributes: Strength, Stamina, Wisdom, Intelligence, Agility, Defense, and Luck.

Due to the problem with the Luck attribute, Red Band advised against allocating any points to it.

However, Shivam could distribute the remaining points as desired.

Each completed task would earn Shivam a single point, and allocating points could result in drastic bodily changes after significantly adding points to a single attribute of the body.

The Attribute Points system serves as a minor adjustment to both physical and mental attributes.

However, true strength lies in advancing through the lotus petal within Shivam's body via vitality absorption.

This process has the potential to drastically enhance your bodily capabilities.

After mentioning the attribute points and the significance of advancing through the lotus petal, the Red Band directed Shivam's attention to the Skills and Rewards section in the last corner of the Status Panel.

Additionally, it hinted at a locked section that would become accessible after completing a substantial number of tasks.

Then, without further explanation, it disappeared, leaving Shivam with unanswered questions.

As if he didn't want to answer Shivam's next questions.

Shivam, feeling the urgency to gain better control over his emotions, allocated all his remaining attribute points to Wisdom, bringing it to a total of 8 points.

As he did so, he experienced a brief moment of enlightenment, a surge of knowledge coursing through his mind.

However, the sensation was short-lived, quickly overshadowed by the intense pain pulsing through his veins.

With his veins still throbbing painfully, Shivam realized the dilemma he faced.

If the veins didn't subsided by the time he got home, how would he explain the matter to his mother? or his family members, who are mostly looking for weaknesses in Shivam?

The panic of potential aftereffects lingered in his mind, leaving him uncertain about what would transpire after the two-hour period.

Shivam kept his mouth shut and closed his eyes, pretending to sleep to escape the stares of the passengers.

He pulled his cap down over his face, hoping to shield himself from their curious gazes.

Under the facade, he sought to find solace for both his physical pain and the turmoil in his mind.

(Red Band, the AI of the Dark Web, was tirelessly working to decode the details of the error that occurred in displaying Shivam's Luck attribute. This mistake was significant and needed to be resolved urgently.

However, despite its efforts, Red Band couldn't find a solution. It seemed that Shivam's luck couldn't be accurately determined using conventional methods such as numerology, astrology, tarot card reading, palmistry, Feng Shui, and other ancient knowledge accumulated over more than 1000 years within the Dark Web. This realization came as a shock to the AI, as if Shivam's luck didn't exist at all, or there is, but there isn't a way to determine how much it is.)

Aadhvi Shrivastav leaned back in the police Jeep seat, the dull glow of the streetlight casting shadows across her determined features.

Seated beside her was her trusted colleague, their eyes scanning the dimly lit alleyway for any signs of movement.

The sound of footsteps echoed against the brick walls as a figure emerged from the darkness.

Disheveled hair framed the face of the man who approached them, his appearance resembling that of a beggar down on his luck.

But Aadhvi knew better than to judge based on appearances alone.

Aadhvi tensed slightly, recognizing the telltale signs of her informant's approach.

Despite his disheveled appearance, she knew him to be a valuable asset in her quest to uncover the truth.

As the man drew closer, Aadhvi's hand instinctively reached for the bundle of Rs 500 notes tucked within her pocket.

With a practiced motion, she handed the money to the beggar, her gaze never leaving his face.

"God is great," the beggar murmured, his voice carrying a hint of desperation.

"He will definitely help you."

Aadhvi accepted the chit he handed her, her fingers tracing the crumpled edges as she unfolded it.

The dim light illuminated the words scrawled upon it, detailing a potential lead in their ongoing investigation into the missing girls of Mumbai.

With a nod of gratitude, Aadhvi watched as the beggar melted back into the shadows, disappearing into the night.

She turned her attention to the chit in her hand, her mind already racing with plans to follow up on the new information provided.

As she read more of the hastily scrawled message, a surge of anticipation coursed through her veins.

With renewed determination, she turned to her colleague, her gaze alight with purpose.

"We have a lead," she declared, her voice cutting through the stillness of the night.

"Let's move."

Startling Nayak, her colleague who was with her in this investigation, as for him, he was thinking the other way around and wanted to say something to her of his heart.

Nayak Ansari, Aadhvi's colleague, was a man with his own agenda amidst the whirlwind of the missing girls case.

While he worked alongside Aadhvi, there were ulterior motives driving his actions.

Aware of the opposition they faced from higher authorities, Nayak saw an opportunity to align himself with Aadhvi, capitalizing on her determination and influence.

Attracted to Aadhvi's beauty and authority, Nayak harbored aspirations of forging a deeper connection with her.

He admired her resilience and prowess in the face of adversity, seeing her as both a potential partner and a means to advance his career.

Despite the failed attempts of his peers to win Aadhvi's affections, Nayak remained undeterred, determined to win her favor through unwavering support and dedication to their investigation.

Despite her colleagues' attempts to form personal connections, Aadhvi remained resolute in her dedication to her work.

Her sharp wit and no-nonsense attitude served as a shield against unwanted advances, leaving no room for distractions as she didn't want to get married yet and wanted to concentrate on cases of crime.

Though she had only recently joined the department, her passion for criminal investigations surpassed that of many seasoned officers.

Aadhvi's family, initially apprehensive about her chosen career path, reluctantly acquiesced to her decision to pursue her passion.

Their concerns for her safety were palpable, stemming from the inherent dangers associated with criminal investigations.

However, Aadhvi's unwavering determination and persuasive arguments ultimately convinced them to support her aspirations.
