The newscaster, whose voice holds a note of authority and confidence, speaks with urgency, "In other news, we have some major developments. The Henderson Corporation, our nation's leading pharmaceutical enterprise, has just announced a game-changing merger that solidifies its position as the top company in the United States. The deal marks a significant milestone in the realm of healthcare, bringing together resources that will undoubtedly revolutionize the industry. This merging process has been a closely guarded secret until now, with Henderson's CEO, Eric Henderson, leading the company from strength to strength, turning it into an industry powerhouse," the newscaster adds, his tone filled with admiration and respect for the company's success.

The camera cuts to a shot of Eric Henderson, the CEO of Henderson Corporation, his confident smile exuding pride and satisfaction. His presence is magnetic, and the audience can almost feel his determination to push the boundaries of medical science. "We are incredibly thrilled about the possibilities that lie ahead," Henderson says, his voice filled with determination and purpose. "This merger represents the culmination of years of hard work and dedication from our entire team, and we will not hesitate to push the boundaries of what's possible. We are committed to delivering solutions that will make a lasting impact on the global medical landscape."

As Henderson finishes his statement, the camera cuts back to the newscaster, who wraps up the segment with a sense of anticipation. "This historical merger is indeed a turning point for the pharmaceutical industry and for the world of medicine. Henderson Corporation has once again proved its ability to lead the way into the future, offering hope and advancements for all. Henderson Company has a new CEO. He's Dan Smith." The TV shows a picture of Dan.

The sight of Dan's image on the television screen hit Warren like a wave of shock and disbelief. He leaned closer, unable to tear his eyes away, his mind struggling to process what he was seeing.

Warren's emotions were in turmoil as the revelation sank in. Shock, confusion, and an inexplicable mix of anger and worry coursed through him. How was this possible? How did Dan become the new CEO of

Henderson Corporation?

He felt an overwhelming surge of anger, his fists clenched tightly. He couldn't understand how Dan managed to get ahead of him again, snatching away the position he had been striving for. A part of him couldn't help but feel a twinge of hurt and insecurity. "What in the world?" he muttered to himself, his voice filled with a mix of confusion.

Warren's eyes were glued to the screen, watching the news anchor continue with the report. His mind raced with questions and speculations, trying to make sense of this unexpected turn of events. He couldn't believe that Dan, the person he had thought to be missing, was now the CEO. It defied all his previous assumptions.

"The Henderson corporation will celebrate the new CEO tomorrow night and the shareholders and the other companies will be invited." The newscaster says.

Warren felt a surge of determination run through him as he heard the news. He needed answers, and he was not about to miss his chance to confront Dan. "I have to attend the celebration," Warren thought, his resolve firm. He quickly rushed off, making plans to make his presence felt. He called his secretary. "Cancel my plans tomorrow evening." He ordered and dropped the call.

"Let's meet again, Dan." He said flatly.

Dan then suddenly got shivers.

"Darling, why are you still awake?" A voice coming from behind. Dan turned around and saw Eric. "Just… getting a drink…"

Eric walked towards him, wrapped his arms around Dan's waist, and nuzzled his head at Dan's neck. "Are you excited for tomorrow, darling~? Hm~"

"Y-yeah…" he replied, not really excited about it. "I've been waiting for this moment for so long and now I have you, I'm so happy that you're mine."

"Yes… I'm yours…" Dan replied in a low tone.
